Social Justice Black Lives Matter Discussion Thread

I don't doubt it man. I was just quoting the wikipedia page (you can change it if you like....)

Police are capable of anything. I always expect the worse and why I don't mess with them. Its very unlikely they came in guns blazing, however had they seen him reach for a pistol they will rip. These guys were like jokers though, they hit nothing but the wrong person.

^ indeed.

not only that but these events took place in kentucky, a state that applies the castle doctrine via a 'stand your ground‘ law.

if kenneth walker believed that intruders had broken into his house, and he was not taking part in unlawful activity - which he was not - he was well within his rights to shoot. the officers in question were out of uniform.

inalienable right to bear arms? the right to protect your family and your property?

again, where is the outrage by the nra and other 2nd amendment advocates? they should be all over this. but, nothing. silence. because their outrage is - like their defense of gun owners - selective. and by selective, i mean racist.

alasdair
The police found a dead body in Breonna Taylor's car it didn't just fall out of the sky and land in the car. If you buy the "I know nothing!!1" excuse I have bridges in NYC to sell you.

the body of Fernandez Bowman was found in a car rented by Breonna Taylor. When LMPD detectives arrived at Taylor's home to question her, Glover was there. Taylor told the detectives she did not know Bowman, that she had been dating Glover for several months and that she had let him drive the rental car.

yawn....

“Investigators noted that they believed Ms. Taylor had no knowledge of the killing,” The Times reported. Investigators asked Taylor if she was involved in drug deals, according to The Times, an allegation she denied. Taylor also denied knowing Bowman, reported WKYT in August 2020.

Yeah, Mal ...

That's not cool at all :(

This is why I keep saying, let's wait for the facts to come in ;)

Breonna Taylor was unarmed. The cops decided to gun her down anyway. Those are all the facts I need.

Seriously... how do figure anything else is relevant? She could have been a drug kingpin rivaling Escobar; and she'd still have been unarmed when the cops decided to gun her down. She could have been the Vader to her ex's Palpatine; and she'd still have been unarmed when the cops decided to gun her down. She could have, the day before, melted down a busload of nuns and orphans with a flamethrower on live national television; and she'd still have been unarmed when the cops decided to gun her down. I don't give a goddamn about her background, guilt or innocence, criminal history, or anything else besides the fact that she was not, in fact, armed when the cops decided to kill her. None of that matters at all. Judge Dredd is supposed to be a cautionary dystopia; not a handbook for police behavior in real life. There was no justification for the cops to kill her. And they deserve to burn for it.

whites aren't majority on global scale.
you globalists should start adjusting your terms.

Well, I was discussing a neighborhood in the United States, and White people are the majority here and that is important for how things are defined.

These were not armed intruders, they were the police and they announced their presence and Taylor's boyfriend, drug dealer/pimp fired at them so the police had every right to defend themselves and shoot back. Breonna was not asleep at all, she and her pimp or drug dealiing side piece could have surrendered peacefully but made the choice to shoot at the police.

Breonna was ass-deep in a drug dealing / trap house operation. There was no "mistaken house". There was a warrant for BOTH her and Jamarcus's houses and HER name was on it.

There was tons of evidence of her involvement, including phone transcripts, photos and video.

She was a criminal piece of shit. She was also involved in the murder, disposal of a body, or attempting to hide a murder. The body of Fernandez Bowman was found in a car rented by Breonna Taylor.

All this damage to the USA and its citizens for crackheads. 😒🙄

The way I see it her boyfriend caused her death by picking a gunfight with the police. If he didn't shoot they wouldn't have.
Wasn't the last guy they started a riot over a rapist?
Nice martyrs for children to look up to

Sure, but soon? I mean it's possible, but it would take some time.
53-49% of babies born are white in us, then take account the illegal immigrants coming over the borders + legal immigrants and you'll have less than 50% of whites.
you just don't want to believe that democracy in action is not that voters replace incopetent leaders with good leaders. it's leaders replacing incompetent voters with new ones :)

But for one specific race other than white people to reach the majority? I don't see that happening anytime soon, even already having factored in for those variables.
