Binge and chest pains

So this girl I know doesn't typically partake in many illegal substances. She takes Xanax recreationally. Almost daily. Anyway, the other day she took a 30mg adderall xr around 10am. Then took about 4mg of Xanax (4 typically doesn't do much since she has such a tolerance). About 30 minutes later she had 2 beers, and 2 shots of Jameson. Then she went home and ate a big dinner. Then she decided she wasn't that messed up, even though she was, so she did a big whippet. Just one, maybe even half before she accidentally let go of the balloon. Then she went to bed.

So she woke up several times in the early morning with extreme chest pains. They lasted until she was awake for about an hour in the morning.

I'm just wondering what they were since she said she's never had anything like that before?

Chest pains are a common side effect of speed. The chest pains might have been exacerbated because she combined the speed with whippets.
I'll be nice this time and just say that your friend is a bit naive, whippets can cause permanent brain damage.
Natural selection for the win.

She is definitely naive and isn't a fan of whippets, but the balloon wasn't filled with a whippet cartridge- technically it was actually from a medical grade tank of nitrous. Does this make any difference as far as negative effects? She takes adderall about twice a month to help on busy work days. I hope that the chest pains are just a side effect of them, because I've always thought having chest pains are something very serious.

Ive had chest pains with using speed sometimes. Its for sure a side effect they usually go away but i would defiantly keep an eye on it. Not saying just because its a normal side effect that its okay and harmless. she should be more careful next time

Are you serious? Nitrous Oxide DOES NOT cause any sort of brain damage. It's one of the safest drugs known in the medical industry and has been used safely in hospitals and other medical facilities for the past 230 years. It is mainly used on children for pain relief.

This is a drug forum, people should have a BASIC understanding of drugs.
Getting volatile inhalants confused with Nitrous oxide is like getting Heroin confused with Marijuana!
Yes, indeed, natural selection for the win.
