Best comedown tips?

my best way to deal wid a comedown is.......


first drink 1 or 2 cans of guniess in a hour...

then drink 2/3 pints of cold, fresh bottled water in a hour...

then drop a multi-vit, cod liver oil tab and 2 asprin

drink fresh orange, coffee, tea or water whenever ur mouth gies dry.



if u start doin this at about 6/7am and finish the above for 12 u will either

a> be ready for bed
b> able to go the rest of the day.


either way u will feel much much better!

Although I usually want to be alone, this weekend i ended up being with my friends for most of the morning, then sleeping, then staying in bed.

Luckily a few people phoned me, and I also phoned a couple of friends. I found this hugely uplifting, just chatting to friends and parents on the phone.

if you're having problems with comedowns, maybe you're doing it too often! i think benzos would work best if you dont want to deal with the aftereffects; just eat some and pass right out.

i never feel like shit after the mdxa wears off, but then i'm usually tripping by that time so i wouldnt notice anyway lol
 
I do a few things lately :)

1) Showa! Hot, Steamy, Showa! Soap & Shampoo.. Mmmm mmm.. How refreshed do I feel after that!

2) It's winter time, so toasty warm clothes! Throw on some tracki dacks and a jumper.. get nice and comf!

3) Slap on a no brainer movie, shrek?! and relax on the lounge watching mind numbing movies. you dont have to think, just sit there and watch and enjoy whats in front of you..

4) maybe some juice and a vitimin tablet!...

5) sleep... arrr.. if you can sleep after a big nite it's bliss...

6) try not to think about anything negative! sometimes impossible for me, even thinking about good things turn out bad :)

Agreed on the weed.

Water and juice.
Vitamins.
Sometimes coffee really hits the spot.
Food. (I used not be able to eat for 24 hours, but now I NEED to eat after MDMA. It may not always feel good going down, but it will make you feel more replenished in the long run.)
Showering.
Sleeping.

Pretty much all the wholesome, healthy things that regular people do.
 
I think the best way to prepare for a comedown is by making sure you're well rested and fed before dosing.
Weed makes the day after ok.
5-htp makes the week after ok (completely eliminates any of post-roll depression for me)
 
I think speed for an MDMA comedown is a very bad idea. That being said, I recommend Sleepy Time tea and some good mellow music, or maybe a favorite movie. I dont really care for weed (please don't hit me....) so I can't really vouch for that, but it seems like a viable solution if you're into it.
