In my head
I'm not even sure you can estimate the properties of benzos this way, so for now just assume it's a hypothetical question.

Let me give you an example: The 3 properties I'm interested in are these: sedation, anxiolysis and anticonvulsion; mostly the first two since I have no problem with w/d or epilepsy (not yet at least, please don't lecture me on this).

It is well known that all benzos posses all 3 'qualities'. My question is, however, how much do these vary from benzo to benzo? An example estimate (I'd prefer your estimates in percent) is:

HTML:
    Alprazolam:
        sedation: 15%
        anxiolysis: 60%
        anticonvulsant: 30%
    Clonazepam:
       sedation: 10%
       anxiolysis: 45%
       anticonvulsant: 60%
    Nitrazepam:
       sedation: 25%
       anxiolysis: 20%
       anticonvultant: 10%
    Flunitrazepam:
       sedation: 75%
       anxiolysis: 20%
       anticonvulsant: 15%
    Triazolam:
       sedation: 90%
       anxiolysis: 5%
       anticonvulsant: 5%

The reason why I took 10 minutes of my precious time to compile this list is that I recently procured a load of flunitrazepam, triazolam, nitrazepam and clonazepam. My tolerance is 'moderate' to 'moderate high'. I would like your advice on how to mix these benzos and in what dosages. I wanna be relaxed and anxiety free at the same time. The percentage list I just made wasn't even an estimate; it was just an example on how I'd like you to make your list if you have the time or energy for it. My list should be a little accurate though.

Thank you all very much :)

Alprazolam:
sedation: 20%
anxiolysis: 70%
anticonvulsant: 10%

Clonazepam:
sedation: 33%
anxiolysis: 33%
anticonvulsant: 34%

Nitrazepam:
sedation: 40%
anxiolysis: 40%
anticonvultant: 20%

Flunitrazepam:
sedation: 50%
anxiolysis: 25%
anticonvulsant: 25%

I never did Triazolam.

I can't thank you enough. I was only one reply had been given since I last checked my thread, so I was worried I broke some sort of rule and a mod had closed the thread.

I'm convinced you know what you are talking about (although I'd like input from others aswell) so I have another question. I few months back I took 4mg flunitrazepam and 4mg alprazolam, and I had a BLAST for a few hours. Completely chilled and worry-free. Like my list reveals, I don't have access to alprazolam for the time being, and I've ate all the clonazepam, so that leaves flunitrazepam and nitrazepam. Is there any way I could experience something similar to the experience I had a few months ago? Even though the clonazepam is gone, the very long halflife should still help somewhat, so what would you do? Again, I'd like input from others aswell.

And on a different and last note: I also have morphine and zopiclone. The morphine I tend on saving (unless you give me a good reason to do otherwise, like having a better time), but what about zopiclone? They are 7.5mg each. I know they are not a benzo, but they do come close.

Again, thank you so much, loulou reed!

Klonopins are more sedating than Xanax.... since when? Ive never felt more calmed and sedate/ less anxious from my klonopin as apposed to xanax. But that could be because Xanax is short acting and klonopin longer acting

@ d3xo-fan: unfortunately Bluelight isn't there to help you have a blast for a few hours. My chart is only there for informative purpose and I only take my benzos to sleep ;) Now for sleeping purposes, I find flunitrazepam better than nitrazepam. I like zopiclone. Be very careful when mixing opiates and benzos/zopiclone. You have to know the limits of your body and your tolerance before mixing the two ;)

@ kanyeknievel: everybody's different. Clonazepam is more sedative for me than alprazolam. That may not be the case for another person ;)

Mr Lou I'm really suprised you like Zopiclone, I've tried it more than once and Zolpidem and really didnt get on with either, withdrawing from Zolpidem wasnt very pleasent either. Niether resolved my insomnia for more than a few days before I'd start waking about 3-4 hours after taking them and couldnt get back to sleep.

I'm guessing you are taking the Zeds with Benzos as well ?? or at least you have Benzos in your system?

Nope, I take zopiclone for a few days then nothing, then for a few days clonaz or nitraz, then nothing for a few days, etc. ;)

I'm going to close this thread because it is endlessly speculative, and I don't really see a question or a point. Different benzos will work differently for different people.

The levels of sedation/anxiolysis yielded by each drug is going to be a highly subjective experience that can vary person to person.

Let me give you an example from above.

Alprazolam:
sedation: 20%
anxiolysis: 70%
anticonvulsant: 10%

Clonazepam:
sedation: 33%
anxiolysis: 33%
anticonvulsant: 34%

Alprazolam:
sedation: 15%
anxiolysis: 60%
anticonvulsant: 30%
Clonazepam:
sedation: 10%
anxiolysis: 45%
anticonvulsant: 60%

Pretty different opinions on the efficacy of these two drugs. You can count on everyone else who replies to this to have a different opinion as well.
