I went out last night and had one of these capsuals, the next day after not sleeping my throat is REALLY soar, and it feels like it has closed up making it difficult for me to breathe properly. Also I can't eat anything, and when I drink something it feels like I am drinking oil. Also my kidneys are quite painful too.
I've taken these many times before and never had such bad side effects.
