did anybody had same problem and solved it? there just so many excecises I cant do them all, what are the best ones?

also anybody had luck with some electronic muscle things?

Better consult a specialist. Surely there is some exercise that works for you. It will also be helpful to have a diet program that fits on you.
__________

lets get the facts straight,I am poor person living in poorest europe country where whole politic and administration level is corrupted..... what I mean that the doctors and all hospital/medical people are protesting for years all the time becose of very low pay and very low resources

the medical side in my country is like living in cavemen days, seeking help there is waste of time, wish I lived in usa, whatever is there it must be milion times better

Try yoga? Does wonders for everything you mentioned there (including depression.)

If you can, you're best off trying to get to a few classes.

omg help! :( I am trying best I can I cant excersise these fucked up muscles in my upper half of my back... I watched shitload of youtube videos but cant find single way to work these

these muscles are like my brain sends signal and they do nothing at all :(

based on what you describe, i'd expect you to see impressive results just from getting up and walking daily, doing (LIGHT!) static stretching and/or yoga, stuff like that. remove the back from your chair (IF you can hold posture- if this causes you to go into a forward-slump, it'll be counterproductive).

when sitting at the pc for extended periods, try to get up frequently, even if it's just 30sec every 15-30min.

if you follow that for a couple weeks you'll notice improvement. then you can take the stretches to a deeper level, and start including light jogging. do your best to focus on posture whenever you can, like the way you walk.

is this purely an atrophy situation, or is a significant amount of this tension that's unrelated to your poor posture/atrophy? for instance, if you're dehydrated and not eating properly, you'll need to address that alongside the mechanical posture stuff. magnesium will probably offer you some level of amelioration. how do the upper-back muscles respond to warm/warm-hot showers? baths? massages?

looking for specific exercises is short-sighted, you need massive overhaul and you're short-changing yourself by looking for specific things. if you've been holding a static position in front of a screen for years, to the point your posture is this affected, you need a 180, not a single exercise/pill/tip.
