I have been on High dose Baclofen to treat anxiety/alcoholism for 9 months. Im at 250mg. While it keeps me off booze I keep developing tolerance and need it more frequently to stave off anxiety. Does anyone have experience getting off of Baclofen?

You need to do a taper like every other GABAergic. 5-10 milligrams every several days, or slower depending on how much discomfort you can tolerate. If you're done and you still feel harsh withdrawal symptoms then pregabalin (lyrica) or gabapentin are two things you definitely want to look into. They can obliterate many of the withdrawal symptoms from GABA-B drugs (eg. baclofen, GHB). There should be no need for them though if you taper correctly.
Make sure you have a plan on how you want to prevent a possible relapse to alcohol as baclofen is very effective at suppressing cravings.
