The risk probably isn't worth the 30% or so greater efficacy of stimulants.
What risk? Who gets to decide whether forgoing that risk is worth not helping them improve their quality of life?
As I said, it sounds high and mighty to me, and that's the sort of attitude I am not terribly fond of. Sorry.
