For those of you looking for cool places to party...
Nomenclature is one of my favorite spots - cool atmosphere and eclectic crowd (I believe it's on 12th Street, in Midtown). For after-hours, Backstreets (on Peachtree Street in Midtown) is always really good, esp. on Saturdays. The lights and music are phenomenal. However, these are for the 21+ crowd.
If anyone knows of any other cool places (either 21+ or all-ages) or any upcoming events, go on ahead and fill us in

I am from Louisville, KY, but spent NYE and NYD in Atlanta. I went to Backstreets NYE after the Warehouse failed to open (the fire Marshall shut it down). It was fun, but WAY too crowded. Even until 7 am! Sat. night we went to Fusion. Awesome club!!! I highly recommend it. Mostly gay, but my four hetero friends all loved it, too. Great dance floor, and an awesome chill out room with cool round couches! I actually enjoyed myself more on Sat. than on NYE (and had the same rolls!). I think it is over 21 only as they do serve alcohol but I am not sure.

not from ATL but Macon close enough any rave info from ATL would be greatly appreciated

Im in savannah and I've got some freinds here that havn't been to a rave and/or haven't rolled and I'm dying to introduce them to the scene. I'd be much appreciated if anyone posted any raves they know of coming up, in the next month or so, if they would gimmie some info. What would be cooler is if we scheulled a meetup
