That sounds very nice. If it is working and can be efficient it sounds really great.

It is very positive and favorable for moving forward by finding a better way of doing things when there is a need.

Expanding access to harm reduction is a very good and proactive support.
 
Great well written article, my only criticism would be I would love to see some sort of pharmacological data, or some other various datas on just how xylazine interacts with pharmacologically with opioids. Does it exacerbate respiratory depression? Can it be tested for using reasonable home tools such as various reagent tests?

I guess what I am trying to say is that an article from a veteran HR org like BL should have more information than what a local news station would write. More than just a general warning. Let's throw some data or science in there, too.

Just my 2 cents.
 
I just saw this. I think it's a great article, eloquent but straight to the point and not too wordy. By the end I felt motivated to participate but I don't inject any drugs.
