Hey everyone!

Here's context but skip to the bold text if you want my question:

I used to use meth once every week for several days straight but eventually stopped when I became an alcoholic and gained about 40kgs. Now that I've become sober (3 months with no substances) I have a job secured for 2 months time.

The issue is that I'm used to being slender and good-looking, and given what the way people treat me based on appearance now has done to my confidence, this is bad news for my upcoming job - I'm a teacher. Students are notorious for exploiting weaknesses and my trauma of being bullied myself gives me anxiety at even the prospect of the students sensing that my confidence has shifted.

I also find dating much more difficult, and despite eating healthily, the sheer amount of weight I've gained is going to set me back by a time length where the damage may already be done in the teaching sphere.

I want to use meth over the next 2 months to make myself barely eat in order to induce rapid weight loss. However I still want to sleep as regularly and healthily as possible, and when I do eat it will only be one daily healthy meal supplemented with vitamins. How is this achievable (manner of drug drug delivery, quantity, frequency etc) in a way that minimises 48 hours without sleep, risk of psychosis/paranoia, and propping so that my salience is focused on low-risk things?

Thank you all very much.

Edit: The quality of meth is Australian.

Sorry to hear your dilemma. Myself, I don't think going back on meth is at all a good idea. You have past experience which means you know how it works but also means you have a propensity to self damage with it.
Sounds like you are feeling anxious about this job? And have you had anxiety issues around your weight before? I personally think trying to deal with these in a healthier way is best. And I don't know how easy it is to get Ozempic and other such weight loss drugs where you are, but that seems safer and healthier than meth.
You are going to want to be clear- headed and high functioning for your job. It's great that you want to make sure to sleep well and be healthy while taking meth, but that isn't usually how it goes
PS the hell with those little shit students, their opinions really aren't important. You are the mature adult! ♥️
