Anyone with Clevo/Sager experience?

I stopped bugging them about it. They said they'll let me know when Sager releases extras for RMA purposes and I'll get the first pair. Its just not happening unless I purposely fry these cards which I'll admit, I've thought about doing.
 
Sager charged me 400 for the upgrade. 200 for each card. More than reasonable to me. Should be here soon they got the machine yesterday.

Only problem is I noticed my CPU heatsink? One of the screws on it stripped. Had to use a pair of pliers to get it off, remove the liquid metal, and put it back on and it was one of the things I requested fix in my RMA... See what they say. Wasn't going to leave that liquid metal on there for them to clean up and get all over the motherboard and toast my system so I sent it back with GC Extreme.

Anyway I'll have a great Christmas present to myself and all because I finally threw a fit on the message board about how poorly they handled the situation thus far and they responded to me in a day. Lol. Amazing what going and throwing a fit will make a company do.
 
They charged my card today. Should be two brand new 980M cards. And a new CPU heatsink. So maybe some better CPU numbers too.

418 including expedited shipping back to me.

Also replacing my touchpad... left button been broken since the day I got it.

I will say this... I had to throw a fit on the notebookreview forum but as soon as I did, Sager contacted me that day.
 
I told you u should not just wait and do something about it and u see waiting would have gotten you nowhere.....actually if you had waited any longer we would be talking about nvidia 1080m lol.
P.S. when you get it post some results
 
It was funny because it was Sager themselves who actually responded to my thread saying they will have someone personally handle my case. I'm assuming that XOTIC let them know about the explosion I had just had because they only have like 100 posts on that account. A few phone calls from them later and I'm getting 980M SLI. Can't wait. It will be so nice to have the fan never kick on too. Won't sound like a rocket ship in my room anymore.

the coolest part is max temp is 67 c wow ,max registered temp after an hour of crysis 3 is 75 c but avrege is 69-70 c

And I don't know what Sager did to my machine... I KNEW I had a bad heatsink... 4.2GHz on stock IC Diamond @ 90C max.

By the way, these cards don't turn the fans on at all... its super rare and they go off super fast. Whisper. Fucking. Quiet.
