Mines terrible I go weeks since startin methadone and anti dbim tempted to do it more but I've wrecked my teeth there already inderbite now there dead thin proper crack head mouth.
I sometimes sit frozen and scsred or numb I'm scared if I go prison for abh that I'll be called bullied cos of my teeth4

Sounds like there has been little to no improvement in your life since you flooded the forums previously.

Do you talk to any doctors in real life?

Bad hygiene is usually a symptom of depression.

I think you need some structure. Like a program. We have been trying to help but it seems nothing we say gets through to you.

What do you think about going into a program where they can help you with basic needs and addiction support?

PS - sorry if this came off as harsh. It just sort of irks me that you rarely ever even respond to your own threads after advice is given.

I had a bucket scrub and cleaned flat s bit started prozac few days ago

Had to come off citalopam quickly due to it increasing methadone blood serum and I feel better taking the prozac already

I was on Citalopram too but it's to stimulating for me, I prefer the sedating antidepressants
