I tried to find a useful information on the topic but all I get is the typical collection of blog-like articles full of ads and bad translations and copied content.
I was in a gardening forum but got kicked out.

My question is to how to prune the plant, because I have a lot of thick, dried vines on top of which the new ones with the grapes grow and which I can't reach. So all the good grapes are drying up now, and I only could get to those little ones that hang to the sides.

I was actually thinking about making some. But the only practical knowledge I have about making alcohol is brewing that bread/orange/sugar prison stuff.

it's not really hard. sanitation is very important for wine making. you can get everything on Amazon including a how to book.

last time I did it I had 25 lbs of grapes it made a little over 6 gallons of wine.

That sounds like a pretty good ratio

i've made both wine and beer and ghostandthedarkess is right. the steps are pretty straightforward - you just have to be fastidious about cleanliness or you can loose your whole batch.
