What are you having w/d from? I'm assuming an opiate but which one and what was your normal daily dosage?

Prolonged opiate use. Honestly my use of late hasn't been THAT bad. 30-50 mg hydro. But the difference between a bit and none is profound, and there is temptation all around me, so it's rough...
