"Create Your Own Ecstasy"
I did payote once. Unknowingly. I threw up approx 20 times and then for about 48 hours I had the most intensely truth defining moments. It was similar to the visuals you get with acid although you seem to be more invovled with yourself than others. Just a note I did a few bong hits before this. I don't remember feeling empathic, but I also did it over seven years ago. I will never do it again, not because it was a bad time but I think it's something you only need to experience once. Another note it lasted a very long time and if you plan to do it make sure you have a whole weekend. I also did it (I think) in it's natural form which was a very yucky tasting liquid. I think I took more than was neccesary but again I thought it was something else. What I know about it is that the indians used to use it on their vision quests and often would not coherently remember there experiences. Sorry I couldn't help anymore. Peace and let me know how it goes.

A MUST READ is the essay 'The doors of perception' by Aldous Huxley. We would call it a trip report; it shows the possibilities of mescalin in all its richness and meaningfulness. An ESSENTIAL work!!!
I ordered it from Amazon for a few bucks
