Hello, so my drug of choice is H(pure) my way of doing it is by smoking it on foil, my habit ranges from .1 to .5 to one gram a day, how ever much money I can rack up each day is how much I used. I have started this relapse and binge for about 6-7 months now. I have been through it and gotten sober for a few months a couple times...well this time I landed a new job, a new opportunity, another chance to prove to my parents I can straighten my life out, today is Tuesday and my first day of work will be on Sunday. I MYSELF DO WANT TO GET CLEAN AND SOBER. And I did my last bag today and will start cold turkey tomorrow. I'm looking for any advice or just positive feed back to keep my head straight. I'm terrified that by the time I start work on Sunday that I will be kicking and dying at work. So I got about 4-5 days before I start work and I'm gonna do it cold turkey starting now...please please please reply and give me positive hope...do you think I will be able to work my shifts starting on Sunday if I kicked cold turkey right now? I don't have a choice so 4 days clean before work is better than none right? Because I know the withdrawal peaks around the 3rd or 4th day...it's better than me quitting on Friday or Saturday right? What can I expect on Sunday if I go cold turkey from now til then? I'm not giving in and I will get clean and I need this job and to then my life back around and live a clean life. I will not relapse and I will be 4-5 days clean before I start work or it's over for me...please reply my friends! Thank you so much!

Hey DF.. your going to be pretty close on this one.. usually day four or five is the magic day.. since you seem to be using a small amount amount I feel you should be in good decent shape..

The medications I would explore the use of for detox would be:
>Clonidine< DOSED EVER FOUR HOURS..

one of either
>NEURONTIN< >HERE< >HERE<
OR >Lyrica<
OR >phenibut<

>A BENZO BUT JUST AT NIGHT<
>a nsaid<
>melatonin<
tylenol

Then when the acutes are over you will need to come up with a plan to combat the PAWS and I recommend doing this before you begin to detox as our minds can get pretty clouded during this process so I think its better to have a plan in place ahead of time.

Hey I thought the grey matter of ADD could chew on this....
EXERCISE AND MOOD

You can and will do this.. only takes a couple of days to wander out of the tunnel<3

Yea the three day hump. If you've quit before then you should be able to work but it deff won't be fun. But just remember soon you will be totally clean and with a new job. Congratulations on being responsible enough to quit ahead of time.

I chased the dragon for years.stopping it is like losing a lover.
but you can most definitely do it.
and if you're like me:suboxone.
that saved my life.
but it's controversial.some are opposed to replacement therapy.

massive luck,man.
