I am new to -racetams but began taking aniracetam a few days ago. It is incredibly effective in improving my focus.
I know a lot of people take choline along with -racetams. I think this is to keep the myelin sheath healthy, or to improve the efficacy of -racetams. Maybe someone could explain better?
I am prescribed a moderately strong anticholinergic for IBS. I am worried that blocking choline will hurt my myelin sheaths while on aniracetam.
Is this a valid concern? Should I start taking choline along with aniracetam? What would be the effects of taking choline with an anticholinergic? Would this be completely pointless? Do I need to choose one?
