I've been clean off Methamphetamine for quite awhile now(years), I've kind of lost track of the last time I used which I find to be a good thing.
times are harder now then they were when I was 18, I am now 21... fired from my job and finding it hard to get a new one..... and the only thing going through my mind now is Methamphetamine. But, the good thing.... is that I haven't used..... and don't intend to!
I hope that anyone else on this forum who is struggling with a meth addiction can find it in theirselves to RESIST THE URGE TO USE. I post this because it's hard for me to talk with my family about the URGE to use without them assuming IM USING. They mean well. Thoughts are really scattered now, but I'm happy they are scattered through my SOBER mind and not enhanced by an out of control addiction.
Few may remember me through my other posts on the subject and I hope you all are here and can see that I am still doing well(well... as well as I can be right now) and still not using.
Anyone struggling with this addiction, feel free to contact me.... misery loves company but Company tends to ease the misery as well.
Good luck to everyone in TDS. I'll see you guys in another half a year check up again.
