Europe's tough for off-continent types eh? Shengen crossing borders without control but the drinking laws change as you go along. Fine to piss your day away walking the block in one country and then you're in the cop shop for even thinking it in the next.
And extra tricky: from what I could tell, it's perfectly fine, legal, and socially acceptable to just take a piss in the streets of Germany. Holland? Canals only or nah?
