amphetamine and erectile dysfunction

from my experience with amphetamine I have pretty much ruled out that maintianing an erection while intonicated is near impossible. I have never met anyone that dosnt have that problem with it. untill the other day I was tellin my friend about that side effect and his disproved it. I have no clue how the hell he did it but he did. how? is my question because untill now no one I have known has been able to do it.
 
Now, I dont' really have an explanation, but I think it's the same thing (relatively) as people getting erections on MDMA. I can't do it. I can get a "half-stack" but that's about it. Nothing I could really do with it. Not that I'd want to anyway, but that's entirely another story. But many people, even people here on Bluelight will praise (or condone) sex on MDMA. Could be a lot of different things. First of all, I'm sure a lot of it is mental. I'm sure if I had to, life-threatening situation or whatnot, I could get an erection on MDMA too. But why do that when I can have a girl comb my hair with a brush? It feels much better in my opinion. Also, some of it also probably has to do with the mechanisms in the brain. Perhaps it has to do with the fight-or-flight response. Kinda like when I ran cross-country. Always get the worst shrinkage when I run, because frankly, the blood has much better things to be doing in my body.
I know I didn't really answer your question, just some thoughts.
 
I know plenty of men who can get it up on amphetamine or methamphetamine, but only one or two who can do so on MDMA. It really just depends on the person....but in general erectile dysfunction often occurs with stimulant use. I wouldn't worry about it too much...
...oh, and don't think of taking viagra or yohimbe to counteract this problem. The combination of these substances with stimulants can lead to a painful condition called priapism, in which an erection WILL NOT GO AWAY for HOURS. Not fun...
 
To each is own. Many people have trouble keeping it up on amphetamine's & a number of people also have no problem staying hard. Some even have a problem getting it to go down. Do a little more rersearch because there are herbs or meds that you can take to help you maintaine an erection while on speed. I highly suggest you stay away from viagra though. Viagra & speed is not a good mix...
 
Way back in the meth daze.. it was noted that erectile disfunctions directly correlate to the amount of chemical taken. At low enough doses, meth seemed to potentiate sex incredibly.. making for all night fuckfests. At higher doses, erection was near impossible and required much oral maintenance. YMMV.
 
I have problems on meth but not mdma, strange huh? For me, on mdma, it took me a couple tries to get erect, and orgasm for that matter, but once I accomplished both (happened on two different occasions, first got erection but no orgasm, then got erection and subsequent orgasm) I could always easily get back to that stage on later rolls. It's like my dick learned how to get hard/orgasm on mdma. When I see these posts I always think, haha, you can't get hard.
