I was wondering where to post this thread, there are various other forums (as a whole website) specialized in ADD, ADHD, Depression, etc; however, the more I did read and the more I thought about it, the more inclined I was to post it here on BL, mostly because you guys are wiser and there is less BS in general.

The medications I'm currently taking now are 10mgx2 Diazepam and 150mg Pregabalin per day, which I usually consume the double per day, having to buy by myself to last until the next appointment (where I see my doctors again and they give me the meds).

Outside of my daily meds, I often do Tramadol, maybe some Carisoprodol, and in very strange occasions Benzydamine (kinda like DXM let's say). I'm not addicted to any of these drugs, however, I feel I DO need that extra Dopamine release (or reuptake) every once in a while to not feel sad almost all the time; because of this, I am thinking on giving SSRIs another try, specially because Sertraline is also a dopamine reuptake inhibitor and it should help. What do you guys think about it?

On the sleep department, I'm super fucked up, but I want to think that it's because I do little exercise, and I won't be able to sleep so much as I do now when I get a job, even if it's a programming one where I am sit on my ass almost all day.
I was taking very small doses of Seroquel/Risperidone to achieve sleep, but I kept waking up "late" and not hearing AT ALL the alarm, so since 2 days ago I switched to good old Diphenhydramine. Hope tiredness+DPH works.

ANY suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I take diazepam and pregbalin once a day before bed it gives me really good sleep. I feel refreshed the next day so I don't have to take it during the day. Sleep is important to replenish dopamine.

I absolutely agree, too bad that even with Pregabalin and Diazepam, I still don't get a normal sleep pattern; don't get me wrong, I can achieve sleep much easier when I'm on those meds, but it usually lasts 2-4 hours and that's it. When I'm desperate and haven't slept for 24 hours, I KO myself with 1mg of Risperidone; I hate it however, because then it is guaranteed I will sleep at least 10 hours and waking up in the morning is impossible.
Lorazepam kinda works when taken sporadically and on a full stomach, but again, it only gives me 2-4 hours of sleep. Sadly, the best sleep I get nowadays is from a low dose of Sertraline (the only antidepressant which reuptakes Dopamine...)/super high dose of Pregabalin/20-30mg Diazepam- that, or 300mg Tramadol and 30mg Diazepam, the latter DOES make me sleep almost always 6 to 9 hours, which is really cool. But again, I don't want to depend on an opioid to achieve a good sleep so...
