Hey yall. I’ve been using the platform for about 8 years for basic knowledge of to do’s and not tadoos. I started researching when I was taking high doses of foculine in high school and fell in love with the feeling of motivation and general normalness. I was able to quit stimulants for about 4 or 5 years following graduating and decided to dive right back in about 2 years ago. I am now fully returned to my old habits and tend to take at most of 60 mg of generic adderall a day. For the past couple months or so it seems that the first dose (15,20, or 30 mg) wares off within an hour and a half of taking it. Waring off meaning the euphoric talk to anyone phase wares off. I love the sudden motivation and drive to take on the world but it feels like the longer I take it the more any positive side effects tend to not affect me. Also I’ve picked up a mild drinking problem (6 to 12 beers a night) and recently I’ve felt the urge to drink at any time of day no matter the occasion. I drink pretty heavily when I go out and I am on stimulants and I wake up feeling fine for the first couple of hours and all of the sudden my heat races to over 150 bpm and sustains for hours. During the hangover i feel strongly that im going to pass out with blurry vision and delayed vision which makes me extremely anxious in return making my heart rate worse. I can feel my blood pressure spike during that time and sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with my blood pressure and heart rate going insane. I really have an urge to go totally sober from any substance (user of nicotine and caffeine for 12/13 years) but with the way my career is going I feel such pressure to keep up with demands. I fly all over the world constantly and work 18 to 24 hour shifts here and there. I just want to be healthy and rich. Not sure if those two together are possible. I know that if I were rich I wouldn’t be alive for long because I would buy the best of drugs and cash my life in for it. Obviously if you can’t tell I have a severely addictive personality. Idk. I just want to know if maybe I should just quit or is there a way to do what I do healthily. The few times I’ve woke up and did cardio before indulging I noticed a huge difference. I also take magnesium and l tyrosine daily for absorption I reckon. I attempt to stay hydrated and sometimes I take coq10. Is there something else I can do or take to help with absorption and prolonging positive effects. Apologies if this post was everywhere. Just need some advice. Thank you.

I don’t think it’s possible to use amphetamine and alcohol every single day without negative effects, especially at those doses. I’d recommend you stick to using Adderall every other day at most and only doing one dose. As you’ve observed using it more frequently just build tolerance and means you don’t get the full effect. As for all alcohol, I don’t see how that’s helping you in anyway - why are you drinking in the first place? Naltrexone can be very useful for treating alcohol addiction, so you could always start using that to get yourself off the alcohol at least.

All drugs but especially stimulants provide far more benefits and fewer side-effects when you’re living a healthy lifestyle with great diet, a regular exercise routine - even if it’s only 20 minutes a day - and also very important, good sleep. You’ve already observed some of these, you just need to establish andmaintain a routine. Something like yoga or calisthenics or jogging that you can do regardless of travel would probably be good. In terms of diet, I consider a diet rich in red meat, eggs, small fatty fish, dairy & fresh produce to be ideal. Avoid processed foods as much as possible. If you’re getting enough high-quality protein, you’ll feel the increased neurotransmitter levels when you take amphetamine. I’d add some selenium, vit E, alpha lipoic acid (& NMN if you’re over 30) to your supplements for antioxidant effects. Definitely keep taking ubiquinol & magnesium (I especially recommend topical magnesium chloride). Quercetin is another potent antioxidant, that also has strong anti-inflammatory properties.

Yeah man drinking everyday isn't gonna be good for you, no matter what you can't really be an alcoholic and 'healthy'. Amphetamine has cardiotoxic effects and can mess with your blood pressure but other than the psychosis risk that's about it I know of for dangers with that one.
