It's definitely some amazing stuff!
I saved a ten strip of the last batch that came around that I only use on very very very special occasions (birthday trip, introducing a friend to the magical world of LSD, etc etc).

I was very glad to hear that more should be back around soon.

4 drops of 130mcg liquid is gonna be super intense if you dont have a very high tolerance. Prepare for a potentially earth shattering experience
 
Central Ohio recently had some labeled as Grateful Dead. Not sure what the entire print was, it had a lot of grey and blue lightning streaks. Took two hits, the best trip ever! And I'm pretty experienced. Tons of mind blowing visuals, I actually saw "with Kaleidiscope eyes"(if that's how you spell it) for about 4 hours. Clouds were bursting into smaller more pronounced clouds and beams of colorful sunlight danced through. The most wonderful trip I've been on! 7 hours later, still going, but coming out of it slightly.

What did you find to be the potency of those ~110-125mcg...I also found with those I love how you can cut your own dose b/c its unperf'd. Also that thin crunchy paper is referred to as the art paper right?

Got some super amazing"Owsley Needlepoint" in Norcal, supposedly the crystal was shipped from AUS after the funeral. Truly amazing stuff! Liquid, ~100ug or so per hit, but its so clean that 100 feels like way more!!!! Hope it spreads.

I'm a beginner, the furthest I have gone is 3 avatar hits. I want to meet or surpass that experience, so I was thinking 4 drops. Not set in stone though. If anybody can tell me what dose of said liquid would give the effect of 3 avatars that would be good. I will also be dosing a couple first timers on a drop or two, whatever their preference. I wish I had time to test the liquid before this event, but alas I don't.

Which Avatar batch did you have? I believe the first batch was somewhere around ~180-200mcg and the second, which they claimed to be just as high was really ~100-125mcg or at least thats what I heard from experienced people that tried those.

well since you've asked for such a sweeping generalization. . . . . i'm pretty stoked on the quality of all the doses i've come across in new york in the past three plus years.

The potency of the needlepoint? It was amazing! Definitely some of the cleanest LSD ive ever had
The potency of the liquid/paper fluff? This new batch is wonderful! Quick to come on, long lasting, and clean as all hell!

Its funny that you enjoy cutting your own doses, thats my least favorite thing about having unperf'd sheets. I find the paper to be pretty hard to cut, and making all the lines for each hit isnt an easy task to do...especially when stoned. I prefer to then take an exacto knife and poke small holes so its easier to cut, and that takes a good amount of time.

There are two types of art paper that can be used for making blotter, AFAIK; The two types of paper are 90lb watercolor, and 120lb watercolor. I dont find it to be "thin crunchy paper", in fact, I find it to be rather stiff and thick. Ive only really had WoW or "NoW" on 120lb paper though, so its possible that 90lb is different, and how you described it to be, but who knows.

Seems like a tall tale. Just like the old tale about the jars of xtal burred in (insert famous lsd culture celeb) back yard that was dug up.

Just sounds like a sales pitch IMHO.

Cant wait for DEMF memorial day weekend. If its anything like the previous couple years it will be flooded with great doses. This has turned into my annual one trip and roll weekend for the past couple years.
 
^^^you should probably the remove event name.
but the last 2 years, especially last year that festival has been blessed with beautiful lsd. and i don't think this year will be any different. =D

Actually, Albert Hoffman reported a metallic taste in his mouth on LSD. I believe he took liquid.

This was Shulgin's friend from DOW chemical in PiHKAL/TiHKAL (although Dr. Hoffman may have reported it too, though I'd never read anything about it). He had licked the spatula thinking it was psilocin when in actuality it was LSD and unwittingly dosed himself.
 
I never said LSD doesnt have a taste, but you wont taste it until you reach the mg level, at least IME. At higher doses, you can definitely taste a faint metallic/bitter taste from LSD.

At that low of a dose, what you're tasting is either the ink, whatever rubbed off on the blotter during travel, or another chemical, not the LSD itself
