Hey guys. I'm pretty new here, but I feel like I want to chime in about the whole IV/not IV thing...I've been doing dope for 10 years, and I started shooting 2 years ago. Now it hasn't ruined my life like a made-for-TV movie, but I will admit things have steadily declined. I started doing it thinking I could do less, get high on less--NOT true. Yes it might take less to get high but I still use the same, if not more. My arms are a mess too. I hate that I can't wear short sleeves in 90 degree heat. My husband was also a user, but he only snorted and never once shot up, even when I started to. His dad was a junkie and I think he just wouldn't cross that line. And before I started, all the shooters told me "once you start, you'll never go back". I have heard of a few people who stopped shooting and decided to snort again, but not too many and I'm not one of them. I know this advice is redundant, cuz other people have definitely said it, but don't start. I just don't think it's worth it. Just my two cents...
I didn't want to post again to add this, but I asked about copping on foot the other day and it worked out just great...I almost liked it a little better than driving. Just cut off the main street and looped around, and it wasn't any shadier than what I'm used to...so yeah, that went good.
