I live in Columbus and that's what I've been repping on this board all throughout the years!!

like you Davis, I've lived many places and experienced many delicious types of product from all corners of the Eastern Seaboard

but here in C-bus you can get tar or powder

and it's SO STRANGE. I always hear how much like So Cal tar is the shit, but then I take a step back and look down at some of the tar available around here and I'm like damn... how is this fine product here in random-ass Ohio, but So Cal (which is obviously right on the border of Mexico) get shit product??

I am so fucking happy that somebody has come on here and recognized the city where I stay. you don't have any fucking idea. I thought I was going crazy telling ya'll how seriously lucky I got it made

Columbus is very diverse... that's why Ohio is like the battle ground state for National Elections and shit. we got tons of blacks, whites, Africans, gays, and tons of Mexicans

ever since the Mexican mafias took over in the 2000s, and subsequently drove away that shitty powder supplied by the blacks (which was weak-sauce and TAXED and you had to go to the grimiest hoods to get) - shit has been ON FIRE

it's so commonplace... it's kind of surreal

the C-bus BLers I chill with are kind of more lurkers here than I am, but they do check up around here every once in a while and I'm sure they can vouch for me

I'd venture to say most dope from Stuebenville (wtf talk about shitty small ass town) is from Columbus. Cleveland was holding on to that powder (and actually good product) for a while, but the Mexicans are moving in from what I hear

and it's weird right? cuz the product in Pittsburgh is usually always East Coast powder... so strange..

I'd say 99% of the dope here is powder, real rap I hadn't even heard of tar til some Mexicans tried to move in a couple years ago and got knocked in like 2 days and I haven't heard of it since.

For steubenville, haha I ain't say it's no big city but I was surprised how hood it was out there when I first went out there. Crime stopper cameras on every block (which fucked me up cuz I've never seen one anywhere in PGH). And it's got to have one of the highest per capita prostitute rates in the nation hahah or at least it seems like it there's at least 2 or 3 bitches trickin on every block and they're fuckin aggresive yo they'll jump out in front of your ass if you try blow past em. There's a good bit of crack bein pumped on the corners all hours of the day, but not a lot of dope. Usually small towns like that shit ain't very open air, but it's about as open air as it gets out there. Not that I'm co-signing for it and sayin' it's some vicious city I just didn't expect the tricks and corner boys in a city of 20,000 in the middle of fuckin no where.

It's crazy cuz I think most of the powder there is from Jersey, Chicago and Detroit and a little percentage from Pittsburgh. As far as the tar, I'm sure most of it does come from Columbus but when I first started goin out there they had just busted a national tar ring and some of the dudes were livin in Steubenville and the shit was comin straight from the border.

Axl - i agree with u that ohio is very diverse

but about the mexicans bein everywhere, one thing that always blows my mind when i go to ohio is that no matter what fast food restaurant u go to the majority of workers are white

and being from texas that just blows my mind

just figured id throw that out there, not sayin you dont know Ohio very well cuz i know that aint true but im just sayin, it always wierds me out

I ain't on the squad but I been noddin for about the last 4 hours. After a long day of shitty subs yesterday I ended up coppin some regular white bags (what I get 99% of the time) last night called Takers after that new movie, they was aight but I did a bundle this mornin and was fucked up but not where I wanted. Then around 2 my boy calls and said he had some fire blue unnamed bags. So I grabbed half a bun to see what was up, after doin that I been in a hard nod ever since. Definitely probably some of the better bags I've had in a long ass time. Hopefully I can get some more later so I can nod out all night tommorrow after the game in celebration haha.
 
Yall claim to be suprised that the US is so low on the list of dope consumption but did you ever think about our population vs europe and russia and china and so on..if you think about it our population is low compared to the rest of them..so it makes sense that our consumption isnt higher up there
 
Well Chinky, the US is the 3rd most populated country in the World. It's not so much as not being surprised about consumption.. 6-7% of the world's heroin isn't that bad. But the US only receives less than 2% of the WORLD'S heroin supply. That is what's mind blowing my boy. Heroin isn't that big of a problem in the US as we think.. We are a nation of coke heads according to the report. #1 Nation for Cocaine consumption.. but Heroin, we are way behind a lot of individual European countries, both in population and per capita. Think about that one now.
 
Lets keep in mind that these reports may not be accurate. I mean, no country will want to admit how much their drug users are consuming, because that is basically saying that thats how much they didn't catch.

Also, I doubt that there is a DEA agent chilling in Colombia with his log book, tallying how many kilos are being produced. I would say that it is a guestimate.

If anything, they know what places get supplied by what countries. It is impossible to get percentages of consumption IMO.
 
Of course it's all estimates. But it's the UNODC.. probably the most accurate agency on this type of shit. They come out with A LOT of statistics. 500,000 Kilos produces worldwide per year is definitely a respectable estimate. Not to mention, Afghanistan has a stockpile of 3 years opium/heroin reserves.

Yeah we're 3rd I just checked it myself.

1 - China: - 1,342,180,000
2 - India - 1,193,710,000
3 - U.S. - 312,016,000
22 - U.K. - 61,792,000

Pretty big difference between India at #2 and U.S. at #3. And I put the U.K. on there just cuz.
 
I've only heard of powder in the Canton, area. rare Wonder if its from Cleveland or Steubenville?
 
I wonder if the tar in Ohio goes back to that group I read about that was busted from Mexico that produced and imported higher purity heroin (tar) and brought it into Ohio,West Virginia ,etc.. and were willing to deliver even a small amount to someone 100 miles+ away..They were from Jalisco state in Mexico and I dunno how long ago it was, but the originals got busted doing it, but I imagine their family or gang/cartel homeboys picked right up where they left off...Makes me wonder tho..said they had pure enough tar in Ohio from these dudes to rival the powder or better than the average street powder there by a lot..and it is supposed to be much purer or whatever than Cali. tar..
 
India is almost as big population wise as China!! Damn I knew India was #2 but did not realize they were as close to China in population as they are!! Crazy shit!!

Thats weird because I really do not know as many people using coke as I used to! Yeah there are a lotta crack heads but most people just don't seem to be that into blow nowadays or so I thought, maybe the ones that are coke heads are doing larger amounts than they used to because coke is pretty damn cheap especailly compared to the 70's and 80's when it was super costly,especially when you consider that the hourly wage in 1978 or something was $X.xx per hour and coke was like 30 hours of an average working blue collar guys salary or whatever..Dunno, I still know a few coke heads, mostly older people in their 40's and 50's with lotta money, only know a few my age-early 30's and even less in their 20's ,except college kids seem to do a lot of coke while in college ,at least here they do,,otherwise kids their same age not in college are more likely to do other drugs than coke IMO, like heroin and crystal meth, but thats becasue of the location that meth is a "popualr drug" here, there is so much of it around and all.... Seems like heroin is more confined to certain regions of the US like New England, Chicago,hell any large city, or medium sized city has heroin of some kind, seems that people in Chiaco,NJ,NYC,Philly,Detroit,Baltimore,etc.. have a bigger heroin scene per capita than the southeastern coast or other places....dunno just my opinion or imagination matbe..lol.
 
Your right. But see.. the same places heroin is rampant in the US (which is the big cities and metro areas) coke is even MORE rampant. Coke tops the list in every city for being a problem drug. I mean even in the South, like Texas and stuff.. coke is dirt cheap and pure as shit, so big cities down there it's a problem. And you know the majority of that is street level crack cocaine, so come on. Getting an 8 ball for a weekend of fun is something still do, but powder cocaine use is definitely down since the 80's. It's mostly crack now. Shit even in cities like Newark, Paterson, NYC.. big time heroin cities, crack cocaine is still the dominant street drug. If you know a dude slinging heroin, he's most likely slinging rock too. And then you just got people that sling rock to support their habits. Etc.
