2c-t-2 vs. 2c-e bodyload

Hi guys, I've read both the respective threads for these chems, but I'm still a bit vague on which one actually has a worse bodyload, and as I'm pretty sensitive to psychedelic-induced nausea, I'd kind of like to choose the one that is less likely to puke my guts up (or less likely to make me puke my guts up for a prolonged period of time)

it seems like people complain about BOTH being pretty nauseating, so I'd at least like some anecdotal reports from people who have consumed both concerning which one is less gastro-distressing. stimulation (along the lines of 2c-i and such) and other non-vomiting related body load issues don't really concern me, so the nausea is what I'd mainly like to hear about.

Thanks guys!

For me, the nausea from mushrooms is worse than the nausea from either of these. I don't experience any nausea whatsoever from either 2C-E or 2C-T-2. That being said, more of my friends seem to get sick with 2C-T-2.

thanks! I decided to go with E instead of t2 because of your post and some googling which suggested that vomiting is somewhat of a standard on t2

I wanted the more "recreational" aspect of t2, but I'm confident that I can make E work for me as long as I'm in a good setting!

2C-T-2 is definitely worse in terms of body load. I rarely get nausea on psychedelics, but 2C-T-2 gives me nausea on the comeup.

they have both given me pretty bad nausea but 2c-e is worse for me. With both compounds on the doses I like I can pretty much be guranteed to throw up, but 2c-e will have me pretty much poisoned from t1-2, in which i will vomit and dry heave about every 10 minutes. I mean I can take it but fuck... 2c-t-2 nausea normally runs hard on me from t1 to t1:30, but its much more comfterable and I can usually be done with the nausea after one or two throw up sessions, and every once in a while I get away without throwing up at all.

I have only ever had body load problems from 2c-e once. 2c-t-2 is easy going at anything under 20mg's as far as making me want to puke. The euphoria they produce is something you have to "look for" sometimes like with a weak opiate.

Hi!

I have the similar problems.

2C-T-2 makes me nauseous for almost 2 hours, until I really start tripping, whereas 2C-E brings little GI discomfort(it is more tolerable than even 2C-I). But 2C-E gives me bodyload for the _whole_ trip, and even after trip my body feel very tired. 2C-T-2 gives some bodyload only for comeup, and during the trip it is quite transparent to the body.
So, 2C-E => little nausea, many bodyload for the whole experience
and 2C-T-2 => strong nausea, bodyload only for comeup.

Note that 2C-E experience lasts longer than 2C-T-2 experience, that's the main reason I prefer first over the latter.

25mg Benedryl(diphenhydramine) will totally eliminate all body load issues of 20mg2C-E. Might even amplify mental and visual effects a bit. Someone wrote elsewhere when he upped 2C-E to 30mg (a VERY high dose, BEWARE) he needed 50mg Benedryl to feel better. Do the benedryl about 30mins prior to the 2C-E. Perhaps take it with a cup of tea or coffee to avoid sedative effects, but those are mild anyway if you are not actively trying to sleep, and once the 2C-E starts to hit will be gone.

I'll definitely give it a try, thanks. I've found that most medicine marketed as anti-nausea (such as meclizine or h/w it's spelled) never do anything for me, possibly because the nausea is never motion sickness. Maybe this will work better?

I haven't tried 2C-T-2 but I don't get nausea from 2C-E, just some mild body discomfort at really high doses or when taking it nasally. The only real body load I've had though is when snorting huge amounts and it leaves me sitting there in agony wishing I hadn't snorted it for half an hour hah.

In our group, 2C-E and 2C-T-2 were both tried numerous times.
Every single member found the bodyload of 15-18 mg 2C-E to be more intense than that of 20-22 mg 2C-T-2.
I'm talking about bodyload on the muscles here, the 'heavy' feeling like every movement just costs you extra effort.

To prevent nausea, loperamide might be a good option.
It is an opioid (ha!) that slows down your intestines, without slowing down the rest.
However, it is likely that the nausea is mostly psychological, so you should treat it by blocking it out of your head.
Edit: Loperamide could also intensify nausea, it just works wonders for some people.

i find 2c-t-2 a lot more nauseaus (psychologically) than 2c-e. also, the first has me dry heaving every 5-10 minutes for the whole trip, while the latter only the first few hours, maybe a few times (though bad). no vomiting on either, even without fasting.

it is also quite set&setting dependent. i find fresh air and a walk work well for me, as does sitting in a comfortable position and chilled music. havent tried any drugs to ease the nause, but might look into it

You could try dimenhydrinate to prevent dry heaving.
Drawback might be drowsiness (side-effect), but if you don't dose too high you might just leave the dry heaving behind without additional nuisances.
Both loperamide and dimenhydrinate are OTC in most countries, which means there are likely better alternatives as prescription drugs.

^^^Always worked before I took my 2c-e.

Yea, its a proven cure for 2C-E bodyload. Many have reported positive results. Turns out, 2C-E more than other 2C's stimulates overall release of Serotonin, not only in the brain but also in the body and digestive system, hence the peripheral & deep musculature aches and the nausea. Turns out one of Benedryl/ diphenhydramine effects results in BLOCKING all that excess Serotonin 2C-E releases from binding with the receptors, thus preventing the bodyload... pharmacological magic!

Look up diphenhydramine on wikipedia, pretty extensive writeup on this fascinating med... was originally the prototype for SSRI type drugs, lead to development of Prozac, affects numerous receptor modalities.
