25i mixed with tap water, how long til it loses potency?

i made a 4mg/ml solution of 25i-NBOMe HCl mixed with tap water and im currently storing it in a cool, dry, dark place. how long will this take to denature? should i expect loss of potency?

No one can say for sure, but the molecule is pretty hardy when kept away from enzymes that metabolize it (as are most phenethylamines). It will retain potency for a great deal longer than, say, tryptamines. Why not make that solution bacteriostatic as well by adding ethanol or salt at sufficient concentrations and store in the fridge (this is likely cooler than your current location)?

i have easier access to strong grain alcohol such as everclear...i currently have 40ml 25i solution at 4mg/ml...how much everclear should i add?

5-8ml should be enough. Make sure to adjust your dosage according to the new concentration.
