2024 US Presidential Election

Think it’s the honor system lol. NC is actually off the table for the establishment now, they just ruled the voter ID law constitutional there a few weeks ago. Our entire system is insanely corrupt, and now we are criticizing other countries for not cutting ties with Russia, when we just make shit up to go into random countries to overthrow their governments and kill millions of their people. And we are still doing this shit Biden just did a victory lap for blowing up a goat herding father of ten. The US could be great again, but we would have to kick all of the bums out.

The amount presidents claim economic successes is mostly propaganda, but drumpf definitely drove up the speculation on Wall Street. Deregulation always does this, but he also gets criticized for deregulating things. The establishment is in a perpetual state of having its cake and eating it too imo

In NC, I have always just had to give my name and address. All the registered voters for the county are on a list, and they check that you're on there and that your address you told them is correct, and then print you out your ballot. So there is some checking, you have to be able to list a name of someone on their list and get the address for that name right. Someone could walk in and know a person who is registered's name and address, and vote as them, though, if they were trying to do such a thing and had that information. I suppose I could go vote as my neighbor if I wanted to. If you get caught that's serious trouble. I don't know how much that actually does happen, and I don't think it's a massive, widespread problem like the right claims, but it's certainly not a sensible way of doing things, when they could just ask you for your ID, and you take it out of your pocket and show it to them.

As for the election - not sure why anyone would be excited over this. Nothing was done to fix the electoral fraud issues witnessed in 2020 (by the people who use their eyes and brains).

People have forgotten I guess. Nothing has really changed in those seven counties where they ran up the score. Only positive news is that with NCs voter ID law now constitutional it’s pretty much gonna be red again.
