You watch your face boy! If I didn't sleep on all those TNF games and week 1....ehh nevermind haha...whatever I admittedly pick teams I want to win. If I picked with my head i would be right up there with the best of them...all 5 of them?

I propose next year .5 points to be awarded to anyone who picks a game right that everyone else gets wrong...like my Denver pick last week

Garrett is a solid head coach. Scott Linehan needs to go. They should hire anyone from Ram's offensive coaching staff to call plays. McVay with Dallas' offense is slightly less productive than current Rams offensive numbers

So how much money did you win last night then?
I quit gambling around week 6. I stopped while I was up $25. Good thing I stopped cause I was riding that L.A. Wave and they stopped covering consistently starting around week 7.

I would either be $25 or $50...usually 2 games a week.

I wasn't bet confident on last night's game unless I took Dallas in a teaser. You either know what a teaser is or ya dont.

teasers are for chumps.

And why would everyone pick NO

would you also be down to lose points when everybody picks the winner except you? :)

this week i bet on:

texans -6.5
bills +5.5
rams -10.5
eagles -6.5

My instinct is to say yes, but you shouldn't be penalized for reaching for a 2 possession underdog. But yeah I would still be okay with it. Who cares this isn't for money...yet?

We should def consider a $20 entry fee next year. Money would need to be collected by start of week 2. I would trust Alisdarm with holding onto it.

I like the Rams pick. They're due for a beat down. Coming off a bye and a much needed Talib returns. I like Bills with points and would flirt with money line of its <+180

Texans isn't a bad pick but Brown's are literally on fire more than they've been in years(2 straight lol) I wouldn't touch it. I think they're overdue for a loss.

I don't like Philly pick because fuck the eagles. I would love to watch their playoff hopes fade away in front of a home crowd vs a rival(a factor when it comes to bet-inner division games are tough) Seriously man reconsider, you're other 3 are looking tight. Throw down a $10 parlay side bet on the other 3 or hedge your Philly pick by taking a 4 team parlay with Washington.

Why the fuck does auto-correct always change beat to best? FUCK YOU SILICON VALLEY PUSSIES. It's not our fault you half a ?s were BEAT up in grade school?

it's weird. i spend a fair bit of time looking at the games and my 4th pick was actually the bears -4. when i got to casino the bears game was not on the card so i picked the last game - the eagles pick - on the spot. we'll see...

I just noticed this.

Yeah from what I hear high rollers look down upon people who do all kind of gadget bets. Real gamblers just go straight up.

Legal sports gambling is coming soon to PA and I can't wait. It's going to bring people together and I'll be able to hang out with friends like it's 2000 again. Legal sports gambling within a casino will definitely get people out of the house.

Too bad I'm joining the military? within the next 6 months and who knows where I'll be.

?I need it. I'm sick of not getting jobs for simply not having any social media accounts...yes this was a reason I wasn't hired for a pretty damn good job...The military will train me and set me up for life. I can live life with a purpose for first time since college and my chances of finding a great lady to start a family with will increase by 2000%. Considering I'm not a pothead or addict I don't care about drug testing. I do still abuse substances but I plan on entering the service as a 100% sober man. I plan on going to rehab prior to enlisting just to go in with a clean head. I'm only addicted to rx'd kpins. My real addiction is escapism. I also have a needle fixation. I wasted my veins on drugs that generally are not injected(subutex is my only crutch, twice a week, have been pretty consistent at avoiding the spike the past month.

Anybody have any suggestions? I'll be 32 in February and only branch I have zero interest in(Marine Corps) Anyone want to join with me? Let's be fucking co-heroes, bro!

Right now I'm leaning towards a career with the Navy, Coast Guard, or Air Force. Any suggestions?
Having a bachelor in science(Sport, not sports, SPORT management is the degree I possess. It should be wiped out of curriculums considering the ratio to degrees handed out to job openings is about 1:5000)

The degree should eliminate me from any potential combat and potentially open up doors not open for kids straight out of HS.

I'm 90% sure they all pay off outstanding student loans that I have been pretending don't exist. I only owe like 12 grand. Lots of money but nothing compared to most. FUCK YOU ACADEMIA. Stop telling kids they won't ever be without a college education. I have a 4 year degree and employers don't give a fuck. Everyone has one these days. with

For the record I encourage kids who were national honor society students in HS that are pursuing a career in the medical, engineering, law, education or computer fields. If those subjects don't inspire you just take any job out of HS and see where that takes you. If you're 25 and nothing is happening than maybe consider university. If you go start off at community college and transfer your credits to a reputable university after 4 semesters. Electives count the same in community college as they would at a border line ivy league school and cost a fraction of the price. Don't declare a major unless you're 100%. HS aged students shouldn't be expected to know what kind of career they want/are cable of achieving. There's a good chance whatever job you have post HE will offer to pay for your tuition and promise you a job, if you're a good worker. The college loan crisis is real. It's hand cuffing youths at catastrophic levels. Enough is enough. I would apologize for the rant but y'all are my online family and I need to vent as my real life support system is dwindling. My friends are legends that have solid careers and families so understandably I've slipped out of the loop + I'm pretty solid at textual communication(I would make a damn good technical writer(was only legit class in HS I earned an A+ in) and my message is strong for some of our younger members that lack direction.

Thank y'all

^^
I mentioned marines because they're only branch that I'm not too old to enlist. Most branches I believe have a 35 year old age restriction

Just for fun Minnesota and NE tie

Yeah there are a ton of things we could do if we had some more people interested. A survivor pool would be fun.

Are you fkn nuts? Your going to enlist? Cost Guard if you do. I thought you were much younger as I thought you posted that. If I woke up getting ordered around in some fucking war zone because I had a midlife crisis.. Id just stamp my ticket on the short bus and pray I made it out.

What do you see yourself getting out of this?

Look at an associate degrees at a tech college. Its a fucking no brainer. its 12g you owe.. its 12g for the degree. likely under half years salary coming out. Credits transfer.

Are you a warrior? if not then stay the fuck out of that stuff as its not your place.
