2016 American Presidential Campaign

Trump has endorsed Putin (who has a completely un-American leadership style), he has committed fraud with Trump University and failure to pay his construction workers, he has dodged taxes for years, and he has committed sexual assault in his admissions. Arguably, he should be the one locked up not her. Frankly, if he did these things and was a person without wealth (like the majority of Americans), he probably would be in jail. I would agree with those that said he should leave the race, as the thought of a rapist and con artist in office frankly scares the hell out of me.

Now, I agree that Hillary isn't the greatest candidate either. However, her email blunder was just that, a blunder. It wasn't done with malice, it was simply a mistake. I also don't fully trust her either, as I don't really have trust in any politicians. They're all potentially corrupt IMO, but I see no real reason to mistrust her more than any other person that has ran for office.
If any of us did the whole classified deleting of emails we would be in jail. We would literally not have any chance to delete 33,000 emails, once that subpoena dropped you'd have your door kicked in by federal agents and your ass in a sling before you can even pitch off your turd.

If trump could focus his attacks, that side of the debate might get more attention.
But trump is that bad a politician that he can't even capitalise on it.

He sucks at being a politician - why would you vote for a guy that appears to be stone crazy as well as being really crap at the job of being a dignified public figure?
I have no love for Hillary - i'm very anti war. But i think she's a far better option than a creepy bastard like Trump.

The American people deserve - and should demand - better, in my opinion. While they did demand better - in the form of Bernie Sanders - they were kinda robbed of that.
But that's no reason to vote for an erratic, unrepentantly unprofessional pervert like trump

The election is over for all intents and purposes IMO. The next month will be all about the trump train wreck as the wheels come off more each day. I think Clinton has a chance to be a decent president.

Trump spent the entire debate catering to his audience of alt right loonies basically, the man is incapable of any sort of humbleness and has to make himself feel like the "winner"

I can't imagine this debate actually helped him except maybe with the right wing evangelicals leaving him droves over his conduct, he's probably going to go back to losing by 45% rather than the abysmal 18% over the last few days.

He actually threatened to lock up his opponent if he wins. As horrible as Hillary is at least she's not an actual fascist. Imagine this unhinged coke fueled loser actually running the most powerful country in the world.

Going to add it was pretty stupid how he kept saying she hasn't fixed everything in 30 years. This is not a smart man.

Agreed Hillary has already won barring some kind of massive event or leak.

What's exciting is there are hints that there are more Trump tapes coming. This man is so overconfident he wouldn't let anyone in his campaign vet him which is SOP.

his bluster and ignorance is pretty scary: Trump's Ukraine statements reveal staggering ignorance, frightening duplicity, or both

and the trumpites stopped worrying about trumps inability to tell the truth a long time ago but this: This Trump Lie from Sunday Night's Debate Is Stunning, Even By Trump Standards
Just ahead of Sunday's second presidential debate, Donald Trump held a press conference with four women. Three had accused Bill Clinton of sexual misconduct. As a defense lawyer, Hillary Clinton represented a man whom the fourth accused of raping her in 1975. Unsurprisingly, Trump set out to use these four women for his own personal gain once he got out on stage with Clinton, just over two days after the release of a tape where he is caught on a hot mic talking about assaulting women himself. Trump's Sunday night stunt was also a massive lie:
...
This is a fairly stunning subversion of the truth. The intent is to make Clinton look like a sociopath who sought out a rapist to get off the hook so she could laugh at the victim afterwards. In reality, Clinton was appointed to the case by a court, and, according to The New York Times, tried to get out of defending the man. She did not get him off, the prosecution bungled the case and he pled out to a lesser charge. In an interview years later, she laughed about how his ability to beat a lie detector test destroyed her faith in them—not at the victim.

Essentially, nothing beyond the most basic details of Trump's account—that there was a case, the victim was 12-years-old, and Clinton defended the accused—is true.

Of course, that's right in line with the rest of the debate record. By some accounts, Trump lied 33 times to Clinton's five last night. The Times has a breakdown of the diverse subjects on which he told falsehoods, from Syrian refugees, to the state of the job market,to his own position on the Iraq War (again), to the idea he didn't instruct his Twitter followers to "check out" Alicia Machado's imaginary sex tape.

The 33-5 breakdown, by which standard Trump lied more than eight times as much as his opponent, is actually an improvement on the first debate. In that one, it was 34-4—and that only includes authentic, unequivocal falsehoods. More subtle perversions of the truth were left out.

This.
The rumours about his use of cocaine don't seem at all far-fetched to me. His rude petulance is unbelievable for a grown adult - no matter how well known he is for being an egotistical brat.

Just imagine if Clinton (or any other female candidate) behaved like him.
He's a horrifying joke.
And i'm no Clinton fan, either. But this is a very bleak election campaign.
Clinton and his brother laundered money through their foundation from their cocaine empire, back in the Arkansas days. Like everything else he never got caught, though his brother did. Many former AR cabinet members attest to this in a number of Clinton documentaries. These people are habitual Liars and thieves, destroying everyone and everything in their path.

More wiki leaks every week!!! The closer we get, the more damning they should become.

So? I have nothing against drug dealers, specifically. Your high-moral ground stance is pretty laughable really.

I don't like Clinton. I said that in the post you quoted.
Why bother?

So you don't think criminals are entitled to legal defence - so much so that you blame the public defender appointed to the case?

Yet you're ok with said sex predators running for president?

Strange logic.

Bottom line is : A country, where 2 laughingstocks can run for president without provoking a major public revolution has probably much deeper social problems than the IQ of the one candidate or the accountability of the other. ;)

Proof...i dunno, his constant misogynistic distribes and boasting of engaging in sexual conduct with women without consent?

Trump's a creep, sorry but i find it impossible take anyone who supports him seriously.
Revolting man, abysmal politician.

Revolution in the United States of America in 2016?
Utterly laughable. You have the biggest military in the world.
It's fantasy.

Meanwhile, people campaign against something as basic as police brutality and police killing unarmed people, and they are endlessly maligned by the conservative press and large sections of the population.

A country that divided is not fertile ground for revolution.
Military coups don't count (and besides - that arguably happeed decades ago)

Good luck with the revolution though. I'm sure the police state will be cool with such subversive activities - it's not like the American public on the whole is too concerned about the surveillance state you live under. :\

Even the biggest military cannot threaten Iran, Russia, China, ISIL at the same time. If you take Russia out of the equation, now there is a chance. It is still unfortunate, but it would not be total train wreck foreign policy wise.

trump describes himself as a uniter. he says he's the candidate who can unite america.

yet in his campaign he's insulted and abused almost every constituency. he's divisive, crass and ignorant.

so, a question for the trump supporters. do you agree and, if so, how specifically, do you see trump uniting america?

if your answer is "well hillary won't unite america either", let's agree that doesn't actually answer the question and skip it? :)

ISIL is all but destroyed.
Sanctions against Iran have been lifted.
China is the global superpower of the 21st Century.

But either way - what good could a vulgar buffoon ever do for the people of the USA or the world?
