There are plenty of other ways to deal with tyrannical government. Look at what Gandhi did.

I have been as a peace keeper in a country with open armed conflict going on and I simply can say that using arms haven't helped them in anyway.
 
Sometimes I think the only hope for this country is a military coup but (a) our military is structured [probably deliberately] to make this very difficult to pull off and (b) I'm not sure if it would be better or not. A coup from the colonel levels maybe but not from the generals who are too entrenched in the MIC.
 
Yeah your military is so multilayered that it could be seen as multiple armies in a one country and therefore there could be a military coup by one part and maybe get a few states covered but it wouldn't last for long until other parts would crush them by sheer force.

I did a scenario for training purposes involving one part of your military trying to take over Texas and how it would affect geopolitics when in army.

...and they re-elected Wallace I believe four times. Lost the election in '67 after famously declaring "segregation now, tomorrow, forever" in '63, a large contributing factor being the failure of "Stand at the Schoolhouse Door" to overcome the federal interference in Alabama's 10th amendment rights (however deplorable mainstream America might view them today.) He eventually disavowed segregation moving with the popular political win and got re-elected in the 80s.

Seriously though, Bernie has no chance in Hell of beating Hillary Clit-in. That's just all there is to it boy. You can keep telling yourself whatever you like though. Just don't cry when you're on your knees begging Hillary for forgiveness.

If Bernie somehow doesn't win the nomination, can he run as a third party or is it too late? I imagine he'd do pretty well that way. Take votes away from both of them.
 
^ that would guarantee a Trump presidency and thus I truly hope that he pulls a Nader,

Bernie and the Donald actually have more in common than they or their supporters would like to admit and both are better than Hilary in my book.

I'm sorry, what exactly did Gandhi accomplish again? Oh that's right, he got himself assassinated.

Well, if that's your goal, go right on ahead and do exactly what he did, absolutely nothing.

I can simply say that sticking flowers in the barrels of firearms hasn't helped anyone in anyway.

He could yes. There have been articles with some number crunching on that topic that predict he would win too. Too many Dems and Republicans dislike Trump and Hillary, plus Bernie crushes both in the independent vote, and almost half the country is independent.

Please...... Santa Claus has a better resume than Gandhi. Plus, unlike wife beater Gandhi, Saint Nick never once laid a hand on Mrs. Claus.

Gandhi was a free loading bum that discriminated against black people, beat his wife and kids and consulted with Hitler on numerous occasions. I guess you can call these "achievements"?
 
I just don't know if I should be laughing or crying over those comments :P

I thought there were "sore loser" laws put in place to stop late term 3rd party Candidates? Not to mention some states requiring the candidate to register early in the process if they wanted to compete. Maybe this is different for the democrats as I've only heard this from the republican party when they were talking about if Trump decided to do it.
