this thread is hella late!

that georgia game was insane to watch - the whole damn state of south carolina had to eat shit.

i had a terrible first three quarters but shit looks like it's coming up tigers.
 
for having like the "game of the day" - how did i get the most boring, lackluster fucking whitbread semen announcers?

My dawgs went beast mode. Didnt miss a step with out new DQ, thought Richt picking up J Pruit was more gimmicky nonsense but happily surprised. Gurley II's 104 yard run was insane! Not gonna get my hopes up though tbh

How does UT look I did not see it but Butch sounded like he had some promising rhetoric iirc. Who ended up starting QB. I know you guys played like UT womens mormon college for the blind or something of that nature but still these games can show where you are lacking ime.
 
yea, stupid bullfrawgs looked pretty damn good.

Utah State wasn't a pushover for a first game at all. they lost to Fresno State by a touchdown in the MWC Champ game last year and beat Northern Illinois in whatever junk bowl game they went to. They also have a history of giving SEC teams trouble (see the Auburn game a couple of years ago).

that said, they ain't all that great, and we handled our business. worley got the start and was like 27 for 38, with around 280 yards and 3 TD's. not much of a running game, but we didn't need it. D looked great.

we got arkansas state this week and then we're off to norman for boomer sooner to get destroyed before the SEC gauntlet begins for us. i think we win 7 games, maybe 8.
 
Oh I thought Worley graduated for some reason. Oh man I forgot you guys play OU in your OOC schedule. Sure it will be tough but I think playing hard OOC opponents is far better suited for the playoff system. Sooners look pretty good too. Stoops also has to back up all that shit talking he has done about alabama and the SEC. I will be watching that game for sure. UK looked okay but hopefully you guys can handle them should be pretty rough playing two Stoop's in a season lol

Looking forward to the season, should be interesting with the playoffs.

GL to the Vols in Norman, it should be rockin with one of them bona fide SEC teams coming to town. You all sure have worked up a reputation ;)
 
even in dark football times, we travel well. i know a bunch of folks who will be there. had a good showing in Oregon last year. i like that we're basically the only team in the SEC that isn't scared to play a powerhouse out of conference schedule. i think we'll hang around during the first half and then ya'll will end up beating us by 17 or so.
 
I expect it to be closer than that. Definitely will be if our players think that they will win by 17

Should be a fun game to watch though. I like Big 12/SEC match ups.
 
me too. i've always been a big fan of Big 12 football in general. if we pull off the upset i'm gonna run down the street with my underwear on my head.

Basically you are just unlucky that OU is actually decent this year. I guess Clemson isnt good enough for you?
