Is two weeks too early to increase the calories? I'm two weeks into my test e cycle (500mg/wk). I can't stop eating. I don't think it's placebo either. Calories are currently around 3k, but I could easily go for 4k. Should I trust the hunger? I was told that week 4-5 is when it really kicks in.

I'm afraid I'll get fat before that lol

Eat. It's the fucking Winter time. Time to bulk. You got to eat to grow. You think I'm worried about having abdominals during the winter? I'm vain but not vain enough to walk around shirtless when it's below zero outside. You can get rid of the few pounds of fat come Spring time with some ECA or Clenbuterol.

If your really worried, you can balance your diet with cardio so you don't put on fat. Start with a mile and work your way up. 3 miles x 5 times a week accomplishes my goals.

I believe in calories 100% which means I have never had to do cardio to get lean and I've always been a somewhat clean bulker by counting calories compulsively. Why hinder recovery and burn 500 cals on cardio ED when I can just eat 500 cals less? This has become a hard task on this cycle though. I crave for 5-6k calories everyday. Even if it's the most bland food ever.

I decided not to restrict myself since I do believe I am hungry for a reason. My body wants to grow so I shall provide the building blocks. So far it's going great. Maybe too great. I'm gaining 2-3 lbs a week LOL. BF has not increased though. I started the bulk at a single digit after a few month cut.

Because cardio is rewarding in itself, and I don't do cardio to look good, I do it to feel good. :)

Fair point. I used to be a runner and remember the "high" it gave me. I prefer the feeling of pulling deadlift PR though (or any other major lift). :D

This year is the first time I've taken cardio seriously in my routine and I feel by no coincidence, I'm in the best physical shape of my life. With cardio, I've been able to put on much more quality mass. I've never had trouble putting mass on, but it looks much better this time around. I'm 5'10" and it's going to have a role in allowing me to finally hit and surpass 200lbs while being around 10% bf. Indirectly, I feel it's helped my weight lifting routine as well. I can't put my finger on why, but maybe with the higher endurance you receive from cardio, you get a higher quality work out with your weight lifting routine. That mite be broscience, feel free to discuss if you feel different. As I said, running 3 miles, 5 times a week has been the sweet spot for me, so nothing too outrageous.

That's been an unattended consequence. You feel good physically and psychologically from running.

I ride a track bike instead of a car. Going on for four years now and I think the endurance I've gained from that has helped me greatly in the gym. There has to be some mental/muscle carryover from that. If anything you get less tired.

It's normal, test makes a lot of people hungry. Enjoy it bro. As long as you're not eating the stupidest shit possible most of it should go towards muscle.

That's when you notice the biggest effects in strength and size, but test starts working the minute it enters your bloodstream. So some other effects happen much faster.
