1st time candyflipping...

Hey need some advise from all those experienced candyflippers... I've read a lot of posts from this site and other sites such as www.lycaeum.org, sounds really interesting and fun so me and my friend were thinking of doing it next week, but before I do so I wanna hear about ur timing and methods. Pls post ur advise and experiences!

Personally , i think it kills the pill .... i've found that you get loved up a lot less , and then the acid takes over.....sure that's fun

i only candyflipped once, so far.. but it was so good... the pill was not "killed".
I took a fairly good cruisy/speedy pill (not tested) and then half a tab of acid after maybe an hour's wait.
major rushes to start, then after an hour or so i started dancing, felt fine.. no probs.
and then tripping was a big bonus..
but i didnt want to make this a report...
candyflipping is something i recommend. if you have seriously had adequate experience with both mdma and lsd, by which i mean, you are aware of the effects and dangers of each, and are responsible with the amounts taken.. it can be real good.
just be careful, thats all i say.
 
I'm a bit of a fan of candy flipping...
My friends and I usually take the pill 1st, wait for it to set in (and enjoy it) before dropping the acid.
And then jump up and rock along for the rest of the night!
As Mikey said, be aware of the side affect of each substance, and be safe. But at the same time, have fun.
(If only I could find some acid...)

Hmmmm, I've always thought and been advised to drop the acid a few hours before the pills...
I've had some cid after a pill but I enjoyed it more the other way round. Thoughts anyone?

OK , i didn't mean it KILLS the pill , what i meant is that the acid seems to take over, no matter which way i take em.
Mr486 , you're idea i've found works better to get the most out of the pill , but for the other way of taking the acid a few hours before , well , sure you feel loved up once you take the pill , but i've always felt that ( ok yeah it IS still fun

) its not as good as having either on its own.... Maybe 1/2 a tab of acid , followed an hour or two later by a strong pill .

this guy claims he worked out a kick ass combination (he described it as Blissfilp) where he takes the acid and wait til it comes in fully (3hrs+) then take the MDMA...
Anyone tried this combo??

I've candyflipped heaps of times. Here's how I do it: Take the 'cid and wait for it to really kick on, once it's playing with your mind nicely (an hour or two in) then drop the pill.
Candyflipping is the only way to fly!
 
I think the MDMA kills the acid!!!
Hehehe, though I'm the only one to think this maybe its because I've only candyflip't thrice, always with the drugs consumed pretty much at the same time.. and always at a time when I had been tripping a few days before or for a few weeks in a row before and I have a low acid tolerance, so maybe it was that. But I find you tend to concentrate too much on the euphoria of the mdma then enjoy the psychedelics. I'm pretty sure it'll only be me thinking this, but I'm not worried.

I've used this combo over the last 7 or 8 years on a regular basis- kind of ends up feeling like MDA with hallucinations but still relaxed and not at all anxious (like what sometimes happens when you're tripping). I've tried it with acid to start with then drop the pill or vice versa. Both is fun. Depends on what's there to start with- often the night doesn't strat out with the intention to candyflip. It's often circumstantial and maybe even all the more fun for it.
 
i'm with GreenAlien and plastikman - i've only candyflipped twice, but both times taken the acid b4 the pill - i've found when the pill comes on it overrides the trip and u feel almost exactly as u would had u taken just the pill, then as it wears off the acid slips back into prominence......
i've also found that i don't get the usual shittiness when the pill wears off due to the prescence of other drugs (ie acid) in my system, and yet i still retain that lovey content feeling.....
definitely a yummy combo...

I candyflipped for the first time at Just for Us #2, it was fantastic. It was probably the setting (in the middle of a forest) but I felt as if I had been reunited with mother earth and no matter where I was and what I did she would always be there to help me.
I took the pill while we were driving up and dropped the tab as soon as we got there, so the acid would have kicked in about 2 hours after the pill. It was fascinating watching people in this state, I did a lot of giggling and may have pissed off some of the more straight people there.
Then the bulbs! Oh my god! Bulbs when candyflipping are insane! They will ripple you to infinity, bring you back and leave you giggling on the floor, and on the way you might just realize that our whole reality is just a big act and it's not just one act but infinitely many acts at the same time!
The only down side was the dope...that stuff always makes me a bit self-conscious specially in big gatherings. Have to keep off the stuff. I wonder how different mushroom-flipping(?) would be to candyflipping?
