As for that combo - i'm not familiar with lyrica, but 150 of tramadol is a fairly safe dose i believe.
I don't know off the top of my head what standard lyrica dosages are like, or if there are any interactions with it and tramadol though.
Always best to check these things before you take them, but i don't think you have anything to worry about.
