Yeasterday I had not a very comfortable DXM experience. I decided to dose it via small increments during 3-4 hours of time, during this time there was about 350 mg of drug consumed, I was dosing 30 mg every 15-20 minutes. Before the experience there small amount of benzos consumed. At the first I almost felt nothing, but it the end of this regimen I began to feel pounding heart and a dissociation became apparently noticeable. I havent measured the HR, but subjectively it was at about 130-150. At first this was surely panic attack, but HR and blood pressure remained high even then an attack subsided.
I want to know, what increase in HR and BP is normal on low-medium dose DXM?
Also, what does prolonged redosing change in experience compared to one acute high dose?
