This episode is not clean.

It doesn’t try to sanitize the grotesque or turn philosophy into polite conversation. It doesn’t quote thinkers to make you sound smarter at dinner parties. This episode crawls through the blood, the filth, and the sacred excess of Georges Bataille. A man who tried to turn his life into a ritual and his suffering into something divine. In this journey, we don’t just talk about Bataille’s ideas. We enter them. We sit inside the madness. From his shattered childhood and aborted priesthood to the moment he wrote ecstasy down like scripture, Bataille’s life was a constant act of sacred disobedience. He didn’t worship God as much as he laughed at Him, bled for Him, and turned every boundary He ever set into a bonfire. We explore Bataille’s obsession with what he called “inner experience,” where mysticism and eroticism collapse into one long scream. We follow him into his economic theory of waste, where destruction becomes a form of holy resistance to the tyranny of utility. And we confront his radical theology of unknowing. A headless god, a sacred society, and the unbearable silence that follows when meaning finally gives out. This episode isn’t about learning. It’s about breaking. If you’ve ever cried and laughed at the same time and had no idea which came first, if you’ve ever felt closer to something divine in a moment of grief or surrender than in any sermon, if you’ve ever looked into the void and thought, “There’s something alive in there,” then this episode was made for you.Even if you hate him, you might still need him. Because Georges Bataille speaks to the part of you that doesn’t want to be saved. Only seen. Only felt. Only burned alive and reborn into something nameless. This is the edge of the wound. This is where philosophy stops thinking and starts trembling. Welcome.

I remember when I refused to go to church as a kid and I was closing my eyes and I saw some red and I thought the devil writes in red and I accept this

That is the issue with those Abrahamic religions as they are a Duality View.
To know "Satan" you have to know "God" too & that isn't possible.

You heard of Lao Tzu or the text Tao Te Ching?

Whoa, just catching up, almost through the first video. As the world crumbles the only thing for me to do is keep the Faith whatever plan there is.

We get so many views from people outside of Bl. BL should have an interview series, even if just in post form. A section where we can ask members questions on life, law, and anything else. So yeah, if we do that ZB is the first we interview. I can tell there are interesting members behind the screen names.

What you make of it?

As I've said for ages "Sit back & enjoy the fireworks display."
I learned about this a few years ago & it has never left my memory, it made such an impact upon me.
"On December 9, 1914, a massive chemical explosion tore through his industrial research and development laboratory complex in West Orange, New Jersey. The fire quickly grew out of control, destroying over half of the complex and causing millions of dollars in damage. Instead of panicking, the 67-year-old Edison calmly watched the spectacular blaze alongside his second wife, Mina Miller Edison. He famously sent his 24-year-old son, Charles, to find Mina and her friends, telling him, "Go get your mother and all her friends. They’ll never see a fire like this again."

I've been asked by a small few people I speak to a few times a week to feature on stuff just like you have said, the main one who has asked me a few times to go on Magick" podcasts is a Doctor of Anthropology who got her Post Grad from Oxford University, UK.

I've said before many times as it is true, though I have been out of work for quite some time mostly due to being heroin dependant may cause me to live in a very "poor" way to most on this forum the benefit(s) of it are I have so much free time on my hands so I fill it with reading, art, meditation, watching documentaries on all kinds of stuff from The Siege of Leningrad on The Eastern Front in World War 2, the most rare & dangerous animals on the planet, interesting plants (Wanna laugh? Google search "gympie-gympie plant" aka The Suicide Plant, it's got a sting to it which is the most painful known to Humanity & got the name due to people using it in one tragic case to wipe his arse after having a poo, the man had no idea how bad it is & he blew his head off with a gun as he was in the outback several hundred km from anything & due to the area he wiped the plant across caused him to be very upset)When I come across a subject I've never heard of I'll spend ages doing a "dep dive" on it & lock myself away in the bedroom just learning as much as I can then move onto something else, this is how I went down the rabbit-hole of Accelerationism.

So many on here think I'm rude, a troll, some right wing nutcase etc which isn't the case, it is due to a "hunger" to understand Human thinking & the way we act that turned me onto Georges Bataille as one example or a book I finished a few months ago by Julius Evola who I had no idea about BUT soon learned who he is after posting about the book on Facebook & caused an uproar from people for "promoting National Socialism"

I've been called "autistic" for years but it's not the case, I am just so bamboozled by the way Humans act & the things they do I see Life as a Education in the most blunt way & I feel like I've wasted a day if I don't go to bed without learning something new each day, it cane be something as simple as a new word in Spanish or a philosophical concept which is why in many ways I know about obscure subjects as I've spent years shut up in a small room on my bed reading or watching something on my phone.
I can tell there are interesting members behind the screen names.
I'm just a simple working class English man who took the username due to my dirty habit of snorting Zopiclone & my love of reading about Mexican bandoleros who raised Hell back when Texas etc was part of Mexico, I am obsessed with Francisco "Pancho" Villa.

Yeah I am 100,000% interested & all in for your idea, if I was given the chance to do yor idea I'm sure those who think I'm some nutcase who's cooked his brain from smoking too much MDPV & sniffing 4-MeO-PCP will have to change their opinion.

Still digesting, let me watch again and give a response. Mind is somewhat spinning.
I can understand that 100%
It took me a little bit of time to digest the content & think it over myself, I played it one evening in a single sitting & then it took me the rest of the night alongside 2 spliffs & 3 cups of coffee to think it all over.

That post & comment is the sign of a wise person, so many sadly would hear the content & then have an instant reaction to it which is always a foolish thing to do.
Take your time to get back to me, I fully grasp what it has to say isn't stuff you usually hear on the TV each morning as you have your breakfast & make a fuss of your pets.

I will be honest something was said that was pretty healing. The sun doesn't hoard energy like humans and the hording causes the suffering. The sun gives and wastes freely. The indigenous giving freely and respect comes from giving. Also the definition of war seems spot on at about 19:40. I won't repeat it as you have to see the explanation in the video. Some of the mindless people, sacred without spirit.

I do believe we get to a higher place THROUGH the human experiences, not shunning them. And through that chaos comes form. Making something from chaos. I mean we all do it.

I feel bad at Bataille’s life upbringing but he used it well. There is a lot in here and some gems of statements. It started off rough, like who is this a Jim Morrison copy? But then the detailed explanation of things is well worth the view.

Hell and Heaven are here and now. This guy deserved and grew from what he experienced in life. I could care less about what he presented but I do care about the kids.

Pushing confidence is from the exsane for the kids that they think are stupid. The kids have a king of the true art. The sword of words from the stone of the dream quest . King Art
