Not exactly. One session. My dosing session is usually 4-5g spread over two hours. But I don't get great effects unless I space for two days. 24 hours insufficient personally

Speciociliatine is a stereoisomer of mitragynine that may have more potential than mitragynine:

i got a lot better effects from the high 7oh extracts from █████████▊ and its about 1/7 the price per dose. but again, 7OH is just sedating, which it doesnt sound like OP wants. of everything i’ve tried, their high speciociliatine extract has had the most euphoric effects

i think the most pleasurable kratom experience i’ve had was mixing high Speciociliatine extract (30%MIT/15%SP) with high 7OH extract (25%MIT/1.5%7OH) - these powder extracts are relatively cheap, for extracts
