I’m kicking oxy, 7oh, and hydrocodone, I’m using anywhere from 25-100mgs of sr-17018 to get off.
The ST-17 is helping a lot with the body aches but sweating and psychological pain is bad. Cravings are though the roof. I’m scared if I take sr for too long I’ll be dependent on that. Not sure what to do.
Advise for non prescription options (research chemicals) because the SR seems to help most with reduction of the opiate not always cold turkey. Depends on the dose your coming from and how much, also how maybe times you have used SR-17.

For future help i can tell you how I quit opioids and benzos at the same time.
I prepared everything so when i started i knew i have at least 7 days of almost no responsibilities.
I obtained a few OTC meds : loperamide, paracetamol and ibuprofen, Buscopan ( it cantains scopolamine in form which is acting through peripheral n.s. and only a few percent will reach your brain but after taking 3 pills it always made me calm. My stomach, generally soft muscles and gastrointestinal system was calmed down. In combination with loperamide it was huge relief from physical discomfort. And pain, well...paracetamol and ibuprofen are good for pain but u are limited by their toxic effects. Ibuprofen can cause stomach ulcers and paracetamol 1000mg is ok taken for a few days 2 or 3 times per day but more will slowly do some harm to your liver. If u can afford diclofenac patches or topical gel or cream it is good to have it.

Prescribed meds :

Promethazine which was causing backroung sedative effects and also potentiated everything even pain relief but the most important reason to use it was to eliminate nausea. And it works very good.
25mg nausea, 50mg nausea and sedation appears and 100mg is definitelly clouding your mind and making u not think too much and it helps to almost forget how severe was my withdrawal.

Mirtazapine for intense sedation and combined with mentioned meds i actually slept theough some nights.

Chlirprothexine 15mg is very low dose of antipsychotic but I used it when i coudn't stand discomfort, boredom and time going by extremely slowly. It was something I take with other meds and i was sure I will be asleep 30-60minutes later.

Dextrometorphan helped with mood, pain and...just to raise monoamines and it's nmda antagonism with higher serotonine and noradrenaline levels really provided a few hours of some entertainment. Weed makes it much more potent but I didn't have any.

Levetiracetam 500mg two times per day prevented seizures.

Minerals and vitamines helped but I had them at home when I started my detox so...I was lucky cause they are expensive and i had limited budget.

If u can obtain tizanidine - helps with pain, sleep, muscle relaxation, blood pressure.

Eat if possible some food u will lack sugar but if even 3 antiemetic meds won't help just make physiological drinks ( watter, sugar, salt ).

I wish you the best man. You got this.

I am kicking clonazepam (well already kicked). 18 days now. My all time high dose was 3mg a day, which I think is equivalent to 60mg diazepam. Going off memory there so I may be wrong.

I am taking gabapentin 300mg 3x a day (900mg total). It is helping alleviate the glutamate storms, thereby reducing anxiety. It is helping me get 4-5 hours of sleep a night, where previous tapers/jumps resulted in anywhere from 7ish days of less than 2 hours sleep to 6 weeks of 3 hours or less. It is reducing my irritability. I’m not sure how it does that but it seems to.
