Opioids Better opioids than oxy from the pharmacy? (Europe)

They have a wax matrix built
Into them, but it is possible to dissolve them in some water, heat it lightly until it bubbles, and filter the wax off while retaining the clear solution of morphine and water. I’ve done this tons of times with MS Contin 60mg pills 💊 and I’ve even managed to IV these without any problems, but do t take my word for it and be very careful since shooting up pills is not good harm reduction advice, and this can result in serious harm if done improperly.

Yes but I think Mst continus is not the same formulation as ms contin, I don’t think the mst continus have tamper proof mechanism like ms contin.
 
Morphine, hydromorphone, or oxymorphone.
I also personally prefer hydrocodone over oxycodone, for example back in the day when 80 mg of oxycodone orally would feel amazing, I preferred 150 mg of hydrocodone instead. I felt like hydrocodone lasted a bit longer and I had better nods from hydrocodone. Especially that Hycodan pure hydrocodone syrup....🤤
 
If they have hydromorphone thats better. However its one of those opiates that arent worth doing if you dont iv it. Which i dont recomend doing if you dont already do it. That can be a hard rad to go down
 
Oxymorphone is not available in Europe.

Hydromorphine is widely available and is, in my book, far superior to oxycodone. I also prefer morphine to oxycodone by a great margin.

There are some rare ones that are limited to very few countries and very specific indications - such as dextromoramide in the Netherlands, where it is usually reserved for palliative care, or diamorphine (aka heroin) in the UK, often used during labor.

Hydromorphone (Dilaudid)
Diacetylmorphine (Heroin) both amazing potent IV opioids
Oxymorphone (Opana) amazing
Methadone (Methadose) amazing opioid also

As long as you have a dopaminergic stimulant like Amphetamines or Ritalin

….and some Valium & Lyrica

Few drinks and a pack of premium cigarettes
