Could you drop a link or tell me what to search for? Stories of recovery are so important

Thank you for sharing this. Even if it's not a full recovery story yet, it's still really valuable. Every piece of someone's experience helps the rest of us feel less alone
Have you recovered Chanel? I’m 31 days off the injection and just waiting for things to improveTrying not to lose hope.

In my experience it took me 6 months to start feeling signs of recovery from Invega.
Likely. I need to take Seroquel and Ativan or else sleep just doesn't happen no matter how late I stay up.I can't get even a wink of sleep. My brain is constantly switched on. Until a few days ago I was getting sleep. My last dose was on 30th June. Is this insomnia a consequence of the invega?

You should see your shrink about some sleep meds to get through the next few months. It's been 4 months for me and not much has changed besides being able to sleep in a little bit more in the morning.

It's so tragic when I think back to how I was this time last year, I was enjoying my life, going to the gym, working as a tour guide, travelling on my own. swimming in the sea, making friends with strangers, and now am someone who just sits at home and mourning everything I've lost. I had dreams and aspirations. Hopefully we all end up like demileigh and recover 110%, even better than before the injections. If I do, I will be so much more appreciative of the little things in life, not that I wasn't before, but even more so if you know what I mean.

Do your best to help yourself these worse days, cause you don’t wanna be healed in the same environment that broke you - I learned thatIt's so tragic when I think back to how I was this time last year, I was enjoying my life, going to the gym, working as a tour guide, travelling on my own. swimming in the sea, making friends with strangers, and now am someone who just sits at home and mourning everything I've lost.
