Just to apologise for not visiting site for a while
I went cold turkey on numerous benzos which was hell
Took 3 months of torture and just recently back to work
Hope everyone is doing well

Not touched anything in 4 months
Was in Thailand and you can get as much pregablin as you want from any pharmacy so that masked all acute withdrawal symptoms and I was great for 2 weeks in fact I was taking it with kratom and it's a great combi
I honestly thought I beat the withdrawals ,how wrong I was ,i couldn't even empty the dishwasher without dropping plates etc,impossible to sleep just he'll
But I'm back to work now and able to converse with people but still lack some confidence
I'm lucky my wife has stood by me ,lots wouldn't

Still drinking like a fish though
