I actually find I sleep better on days I take ritalin, provided it's dosed before 4 pm.

I think simply cause my sleep improves when my mood is better.

What dose of IR ritalin did you use?

It’s totally doable. Been at my job going on 8+ years, 6 of them being on shards. Have missed 3 days of work because of long nights and turning my alarm clock off and laying back down. Small breakfast, massive lunch and dinner ranges from small to large. Use every morning and either when I leave work or a couple hours after. Small doses. I sleep everynight besides the very rare wild ones but keep those to weekends. It can be done.

You are a rare breed. Be safe. I know that some are able to use it and mysteriously still have their shit together and be employed. I'll never know how anyone can be employed on meth or heroin, but ppl never cease to amaze me. They almost deserve a metal of honor if it wasn't as disturbing as it sounds. I mean, do what you have to do, lol. Also, everyone else--make sure to not let it get you too bad! You don't want to lose your life and loved ones over a powerful stimulant. At least from what it sounds--if we believe your takes--it seems as though most of you have it relatively together. Given... you're using you know what.
