You don't have to believe in God, God believes in You.

If unbaptized babies and animals dont get into / are not in heaven ... I would have a serious problem with the definition of heaven and how the hell I made it there. At risk of being slightly blasphemous and jinxing myself

nothing seems closer to god than babies and animals.... subjectively I guess
 
Have you seen how humans treat babies and animals? It is important to note that a hyena will rip out fetuses and eat the mother.
 
They absolutely will. Nature is cruel and honest. Remind ya of anyone ... I mean god isn't cruel perse but it is a popular fallacy. (Old testament especially)
 
What a person believes is their construct based on what they choose to accept or reject. It’s your life and it’s your choice. There are many ways, what you choose is meaningful to you, that is the way it is.
