Hi people, anyone can tell me the average dose of methylphenidate? How much I need if I snort it, shoot it, plug it or eat it?

help me understand about methylphenidate, I used to take Ritalin then got switched Vyvanse and dextroamphetamine. Now as of recent I was switched to Concerta which is a form of methylphenidate. Starting dose was 27 mg, had a couple of rough days in the beginning, dosage was bumped to 37mg and I'm on the second day of dose increase. Yesterday (first day of increase) my mind felt like it was being pushed like a "super on" button being pressed.
I also have trouble with excess heat, yesterday was in the 90s. Getting back to the Concerta, it seems much stronger than when I was taking Ritalin?
Thoughts?
