how's the harshness of the smoke of different drugs on the lungs?

i bought a pack of cigarettes after going the winter with out smoking them a couple weeks ago and have been going through them. really a small quick inhale is enough to get me to feel the buzz. i can even get a buzz just by tasting the smoke with out inhaling and breathing in the second hand smoke. i usually only take one drag off the cigarette and leave it at that, but smoke the entire camel 99 letting the smoke wash around my mouth for the taste.

i know some people that inhale cigarettes in ways that would make me puke and also fuck up my lungs. i really feel like cigarette smoke from any brand is gonna be WAAAAY HARSHER than any decent cannabis. i don't really cough when i smoke up to an 1/8th a day for months at a time, but if i smoke a few cigarettes a day for like a month and like don't really even inhale my lungs get messed up and i have a tight unhealthy cough. i don't know if this is different for different people, if maybe i'm just sensitive to tobacco smoke, but despite the fact weed has more tar, i think tobacco smoke is harsher.


i'm curious about people's experience with stuff like crack, heroin, meth, dmt, and any other drugs. i've never smoked any of the mentioned. i can inhale salvia fine. i'd like to hear any comments about taste too.. what's the harshest on the lungs? do you hold the hits in for long/can you even hold the hits in? what drugs give you the worst cough?

what has the harshest shit tasting smoke?if you're uncertain whether or not you get clean stuff, let me know. want to hear from people that smoke the good shit, but also will find it interesting to hear how it can get smoking all the filler shit they put in.
 
for anybody that's smoked a bunch of different drugs, maybe list in order what's least harsh to harshest for you. would definitely be curious to hear some of your responses.
 
Harshest is proably Cannabis. Crack just makes u numb and fentanyl isnt harsh at all
 
I remember the plants they used to spray k2 with fucking my lungs up proper. Certain nicotine vape flavors also make my lungs hurt.

Cant really recall any other drug hurting my lungs.

Weed used to make my lungs hurt. But not anymore. I dont smoke as much as I used to tho
 
I love tobacco I smoke cigars all the time and inhale lot of puffs , I’ve never smoked weed without tobacco to be honest but that’s the normal around here. Some cannabis can be really harsh with tobacco especially “Mexican” kinda like weed we have the “Albanian” version of Mexican in Europe.
DMT is kinda “horrendous” kinda “harsh” and weird taste.
 
2C-B sandwiched in weed, Mucuna pruriens, improperly processed Scletium tortuosum (kanna), my old attempts at isolating N-Methyltryptamine from "jungle spice", white lotus opium feels great but the smoke is atrocious, smoking 10mg Ambien or 8mg Dilaudid tablets is pretty brutal, 5-MeO-DiPT can be a little harsh but it's best in a box mod (can be dangerous, stay safe please), one time I smoked weed out of a hollowed out burger king french fry to little success when I was a youngin'.

Just some random memories as to the most heinous smoke I've ever choked down.

I still give you points for the attempt. And more points for getting high enough on weed to even think of trying what you did.
 
a lot of these hard drugs have effects that may make them feel smoother on the lungs but they are just as damaging none the less.

heroin is a well known cough suppressant and analgesic; so it feels amazing going into the lungs with zero irritation or pain or harshness at all.

crack is also absolutely awful for the lungs (high rates of COPD among crack users, even young ones). but cocaine is an analgesic that numbs everything so you won’t feel pain smoking it even though it’s horrible for you to smoke

so it has little to do with how something "feels” when you smoke it. or if you cough….with heroin you’re smoking literal cough suppressant. same with fentanyl all all the heavy bulking agents you’re smoking along with it
 
- Crack? Piece of cake, it numbs you so you can't feel a thing
- Heroin? Tastes like a butthole which has been lubricated with vinegar, but its effects totally negate harshness
- Meth? Not very harsh.
- Salvia - a little harsh.
- DMT - a little harsh if you succeed in only vaporizing it. If you accidentally make it combust by directly applying the flame to it, it will become absolutely rank and harsh as all hell.

- Cannabis - if you have high grade, trichome-covered primo dank then smoking it pure can be a bit of work. It's not harsh as such, more like a tickling feeling you can only scratch by coughing.
Mixed with e.g. tobacco makes it infinitely smoother

- Jenkem - don't say I didn't warn you

i bet some people's shit is cut and it's awful...

i'd probably get into smoking crack sometimes if it weren't harsh.

i'd love the opportunity to smoke some legit crack... 100% wouldn't do it all the time... doing a bit of coke and getting numb is really cool to do art with when stoned. i personally loved that experience.... idk if crack would hit me too hard to be able to flow with the painting..... idk, i'd like to see if i have a raw crack art style...... .. ... stims get me so fucked up that i have to chill on them. i do music on some drugs, but stims are way too high energy for almost all sensible styles of music.... coke weed and painting was so chill though... only could score good coke one time... 5 times got like shit.

i'm surprised with how much pot i can smoke, BUT there is a limit to it where if i continued with how much i have at certain points in my life that i'd get some kind of permanent problem which would kill me if i kept up my habbits. LOL

people saying cigarettes are less harsh than weed amazes me. my lungs reject tobacco, and the tobacco also kinda burns my lungs in a more harsh way.

Ngl man I think some street benzo pressies may have been the real catalyst as to my choices that day hahaha, teenage me was a big fan of random ass rainbow bars. My foolery knew no bounds, truly, for I thought the bars labeled things like "ETIZ", "DICLAZ", "BROMAZ", etc. were all just labeled according to the person who pressed them since we'd receive bricks of hash and dope that were stamped, and figured this was something similar.

Famous last words? How do you know you wouldn't do it all the time?

Crack is pretty well-known as being the pringles of drugs: once you crackle and pop, you can't stop.
