I watched this documentary last night, on Paramount+:
It's about a narcotics cop (Barry Cooper) in Texas who has a change of heart, quits, gets introduced to cannabis, and becomes an anti-Drug War activist. I can't believe I hadn't heard of this guy already, but man, is it ever a feel-good redemption story. I don't think a drug documentary has made me smile this much since the Vice documentary about the Czech heroin addicts having a holiday in a poppy field.
