“No numbness, just stimulation” could fit a lot of possibilities: caffeine, some random cathinone, another stimulant, a mixture, or even mostly inactive filler with a small amount of something active. Effects aren’t specific enough to narrow it down safely.
The most useful answer is probably: treat it as an unknown stimulant powder, not “fake coke but basically harmless.” Unknown powders can still be risky, especially if someone starts redosing because it feels weak or “not coke-like.”
