Hello Bluelight!

My name is OverTheGardenWall, a name taken straight from an incredible short series cartoon. I've been lurking this forum for almost 15 years now so I figured it was time to actually join.

When it comes to drugs I am quite experienced. I've tried pretty much everything, with the big exceptions being PCP and GHB. I've also never had a proper trip on Mescaline but I'm currently experimeting with low doses with the goal of reaching a big dose and finally experiencing its full potential. I've had San Pedro cactus growing vigorously since 14 years back, from a time when I was able to just order a living cactus from abroad.

I'm happy to finally be a member here and I hope to contribute with my, honestly vast, knowledge on the topic of drugs. I'm a little weak on pharmacology and such but my first hand experiences are enough to fill a library.

Well hell I'm really glad you're hear. you mentioned "a time ordering cactus abroad" ,, what do you mean? I like your chosen handle @OverTheGardenWall kind of reminds me of the garden of eden I wonder if Adam & Eve would have escaped if they hadn't been cast out? oh well I love folklore.

you mentioned "a time ordering cactus abroad" ,, what do you mean?

I live in an undisclosed European country and famuosly the Netherlands have very liberal laws on psychedelics. So I was able to order a living San Pedro cactus from a company there. The cactus is completely legal where I live but consuming it or preparig it for consumption (such as making an extract) is illegal. I was also able to order mushroom grow boxes from the same Dutch vendor. But only a couple years later they would no longer ship to me. No doubt my national government/police/customs had been in talks with someone who made sure these semi-legal materials would no longer be shipped here. And now I'm probably one of a handful of people who has direct access to these cacti in my country. I feel quite blessed honestly. And the San Pedro cactus is AFAIK the fastest growing cactus and also one of the most resilient ones, so it grows like crazy and I don't really need to take care of them much at all, they just need a bit of water now and then. Supposedly they only live 15-20 years though so they might not be with me for that much longer.

The same is true with US laws, it's not illegal to have psychoactive substances, however to consume them is a different story.
Interesting in New York State the senate will soon be voting on the Medical Psilocybin Act if passeed hopefully additional legislature will be approved for personal use. Every little bit helps.
